Very unclear where to order, nothing but a ton of rules and poor service. I arrived at Starbucks at 5pm Sunday. with my mask on. There were so many rules posted on the door it took me a few minutes to read all of them. I complied with all the rules. I was the only customer inside. There were 3 or 4 windows and it was not clear where to give my order. There were 3 or 4 people working. I went up to a window, nobody acknowledged me for about 3 minutes, so I went to another window. After standing there for a while more, I saw one of the staff standing at the window I was first at. He did not say anything to me. After another few minutes, I walked to him and he took my order. While he was fixing my coffee, I looked around and it appeared that all the table were marked with Do Not Sit signs. When I got my coffee I asked where I could sit and he told me that all the indoor seating was prohibited. I asked if I could sit outside and he said yes, but the door to the patio had a sign Do Not Enter. He told me I needed to walk around the building to get to the patio. I asked where was the fixings bar and he said it was closed, but he could get me any fixings I wanted. I felt unwelcome and treated like I was in elementary school. Clearly this Starbucks ONLY wants to do business through the drive-up, and you are UNWELCOME inside. I understand Covid, but if they don't want customers inside, just close and go home. If you are going to be open, try welcoming customers. I will remember this long after...
Read moreThe reason I’m only giving a 3 this up is because I once witnessed someone working there stealing, and I reported it to the staff. I believe it’s not acceptable behavior. Additionally, I’m not particularly impressed with the delivery of processed food from Indiana on a truck. It’s not like Starbucks, where the food is fresh and made locally.
However, I want to acknowledge that the staff here has been generally friendly and helpful. I’ve been a regular customer for almost two months, and I think they initially perceived me as an outsider. But over time, they both warmed up to me and became very friendly and knowledgeable about my drink preferences.
I want to take this opportunity to express my admiration for Nicole, one of the managers. I believe she thought I was immediately attracted to her from the start. Perhaps I was. She’s incredibly beautiful, and I think she might have assumed that I was too shy to make a move. I wanted to be that kind of guy and let her know how I felt.
Nicole, if you’re reading this, I want to say that you’re beautiful, and I hope you have a fantastic 2025.
Ray your awsome! Good luck...
Read moreShould have known better than to go into this place. Way to political and over priced. Masks are not required in Florida but businesses can keep mask mandates in place if they so choose to, it is a free country, the business has every right to require masks if they so choose too and I am fine with that. However once that business explains its their store policy to require all patrons to wear masks I simply replied no thanks and I would go somewhere else to spend my money; they got sever attitudes and started yelling at me Starbucks doesn't need my money in their store. Very unprofessional. So its ok for the business to set extreme policies that infringe on peoples freedoms, but its not ok for me to reject said policy and take my business elsewhere without being verbally attacked. Typical of this company, its managers...
