I live a mile from this restaurant. Lived in the area for 10 plus years. I'm a Wendy's lover since I was a kid I'm now 56.id drive to there other location in Indian Trail on 74. 2 to 3 times a wk. Anyways. The sun valley location is closer when it first was uswr construction I couldn't wait for it to open. When it did I was a regular. They were doing well. A few hick ups but service was great. Then it all went bad. I started using the app. And never got the right service either it wasn't working or they were not trained in the app. On the last day I went there they really messed up everything on my app order. When I got to the window and diddnt get what I ordered. The young lady was confused I understood its a tough job. Then the manager stepped in the young lady tried to tell what had happened. The manager cut her off. And said she heard the whole thing. I felt sorry for the young lady. And we were now holding up the drive thru. It seemed the manager was accusing me of trying to get one over on them. I said excuse me I'm gunna park and come in to pay and see what was wrong. I parked came in to restaurant. To pay. As soon as I came in. She went on the offensive that she hated the app. And she hears this all the time.long story short so there was not a scene. I just paid for my wrong order. I looked over to the young lady at the window she seem stressed and almost crying. I think she is learning from a manager that was not teaching the staff how to. Do ther job properly. And teaching them being rude is how it works around there. Any ways I'm now driving to the Wendy's up on 74 I never have a problem at that location. Wendy's should look into the way this store I ran. Read morePulled up to the order menu, was greeted and asked to hold ( as we all know, that is to way of telling you, you have to wait), so I decide to wait, and waited, and waited, after watching two other cars pass me by from not wanting to wait behind me, I decided to pull up to the window, waited until I was noticed, the short Asian Hispanic or Latin young lady who came to the window asked if she could help me, I told that I have been waiting at the menu as I had been requested to do for over 5 minutes, she then instead of apologizing and attempting to take my order, make a justifying statement that nobody heard me, so they ASSUMED I pulled off, never while at the window did anyone say they were back or go ahead with your order at the least, after two of her attempts to justify me sitting waiting on what turned out to be no one to return to the speaker, I simply asked "are you trying to justify me being left to sit at the menu speaker for5 minutes without being asked for my order?", so she then goes to tell two other females inside, the 3 of them return each seeking to challenge the fact that I was not left there to sit without ever being asked to give my order after being asked to hold, that visit was very annoying and disgusting, as if the food was all that mattered to me, the what appeared to been manager could only out of context ask that I not be mean, not apologize for not rendering sharp attentive customer service, by only asking well can I get you something or what did I NEED, what WE need is for them not ASSUME customers have drove off, be mindful and not forget about customers waiting at the menu speaker, accept their mistakes instead of making a excuse or try to justify the...

I've 2 orders of #1 Dave Double meal and #2 two Baconator Doubles, but a worker put all above into a single bag.....!
How can I tell which was what since there were 3 Hamburger Wraps with a flies, I've to open each of them and still confused the last two wraps that have no bacons; so I thought they gave me 2 Dave's Doubles; until I've to put a finger to open the two meats in order to found out there were small short bacons in it?!!!
The managers/supervisor were not much help after my concerns as they didn't really care much!
That brings to a more serious issues; for example, if a family of 4 order the following meals: father - Spicy chicken sandwich son - Classic chicken sandwich Wife - Grilled chicken sandwich daughter - Spicy chicken sandwich
A worker put all 4 above orders into 4 different bags, how can a normal customer can distinguish which two are Spicy and a Classic chicken without tasted it first due to this store only has ONE CHICKEN WRAP for all type of chicken sandwiches; and ONE HAMBURGER WRAP for all type of burgers!!!!
I don't think that is Wendy's Corporate level issue that it did not supply the different label of burger/sandwich; in fact, most likely is this store manager(s) he/she was SO LAZY to order ONE Chicken and ONE HAMBURGER WRAP for all, then let the customers to figure that out themselves!!!!!!
Chick-fil-A has label on each of its sandwich, so a customer can know which sandwich carton is for the father, son, wife and daughter for above example!
Wendy Corporate really need to look at this store, why it did what it has done to confuse customer and did not helpful when a customer bought up this...
