McDonald's — Restaurant in Indiana

Ordered through the app for curbside pick up at four piece, chicken nugget happy meal and a crispy chicken sandwich meal over 20 minutes before the little gal came out and just dropped the bag in my lap in the car started to walk off and I said we have drinks. We had a large Coke a large root beer and a small Sprite. She said OK I’ll go get them for you. So she walked into the store. My granddaughter checked her food. Her fries were ice cold I sat there for another 5 to 8 minutes waiting for the girl to come back. She didn’t so I took the bag back in the store the girl who told me she was bringing our drinks right back out, was just wandering around back behind the counter, not doing anything , she saw me and turned to walk the other way. The girl running the register finished with her customer and asked me was problem was I told her that we had waited over 20 minutes it had been almost 30 minutes now food was cold. We still didn’t have our drinks And the girl lied to me told me she was going to get them and bring them back to me and she didn’t. So this girl got the drinks I needed and replaced the fries about half full. They were hot this time didn’t replace the sandwich. While she was doing that I ordered another sandwich and large fry on the app to pick up at the counter . So I took drinks and my granddaughters food back to the car told her her sandwich probably cold lady getting replace it getting apologize didn’t really say anything. I went back and waited another 10 minutes or more for my other order of a Mc, double and a fry , the same girl who brought the food to brought the bag up and dropped it in front of me and recited the order number my name I said excuse me, do you have to catch up there’s no cups out here. There’s no ketchup out here and she turned around and walked away . Never said a word to me. So I’ve been in the store 20 minutes now waiting for someone to get ketchup or at least bring some cups out for the ketchup in the dining room nobody ever came back to me. There was seven other people in the dining room, holding their bags of food getting up waiting for the cashier to fix whatever problem they had. Everyone had Items and my fries were not hot by the time I got out of there to the car my sandwich was cold and my other granddaughter,, The younger one told me that her sister had given her some of her fries because she didn’t get her extra fry in her happy meal. At this point I was done I had been at McDonald’s for over 45 minutes over a happy meal and a mcdouble and a crispy chicken two fries three drinks. The staff were all rude unprofessional liars! I am logging a complaint with corporate and the store, and I will tell everyone I know.. it’s not rocket science. I’ve done the job myself. If you’re going to work with the public, then you need to be professional about it. Ignoring someone that’s right in front of your face and then blatantly lying to their face. Tell me that someone shouldn’t be working with the public at all. And I am thoroughly disgusted with this McDonald’s! The bathrooms were disgusting, with no toilet paper besides what was all over the floor in all of the stalls . I was really shocked I had never been in a McDonald’s. That was so nasty and dirty with such rude and professional employees. The dining room was a mess. Nothing was Doctor. There was no ketchup cups in the dining room, no ketchup at all in the little trays for ketchup packets, no straws or Napkins, not single napkin either one of the bags . And Probably a dozen employees on the clock and it wasn’t that busy! That definitely ended my trip to that McDonald’s ever again! I mean the food wasn’t even good cold fries, dried out burger cold chicken ridiculous. Bye-bye Edinburg,...

Around 7pm on a Saturday night after shopping at the outlet my kids screamed for mcdonalds. We decided to go through the drive through thought it would be quicker. Was I wrong. 1 car ahead of me, we waited at the order screen for 5-6 minutes. After our order and we ensured it was correct we moved forward. We ordered 3 happy meals,large fry and 3 cookies. After waiting in line behind that one car for 5-8 minutes we finally was close enough to smell the fries being cooked. We waited for another 5-8 minutes while they got everything together. We were handed our drinks for the happy meals, then the bags of happiness (is what my kiddos call it). Told us thanks for coming and have a good night. We stared our drive back home which is in evansville, in and our kids were asleep before we even made it 10 miles. Well, when we got home our kids wondered where the happiness is. We set them down at around 830pm our time...and the happy meals was what the kiddos wanted. Except the large fry they were suppose split....not in any of the bags also no COOKIES! ! We also had zero napkins, no ketchup. All in all kids were 80% happy..they still wanted their fries and cookies...I guess we'll be stopping by one today.. I would check your order to make sure it's all there before driving any...

We stopped here to get the kids a quick bite before heading back to Indy. The young lady at the drive-thru was the stereotypical McDonald's order taker. I first sat there for about 5 minutes and saying hello 3 times. She finally comes on and says, "Go ahead and order". Then after every item, she kept saying, "anything else" "anything else" "anything else"??? So annoying and rude. Then I had to pull over to the side because I ordered a small Carmel Frappe and they had to change the mix. Not a big deal. It gave me time to get the kids situated. Glad I did because neither kid meal had the extra fry or apples that I ordered for each one. So I had to go inside. I waited for around another 5 minutes hoping they would be done with my drink. They weren't. So I went back to the car so the kids could start eating. Finally after another 5 minutes, someone brought my drink out. After all the time I spent waiting to order, pulling over, having to go inside and wait for my drink, we could have been half way back home. I thought it was going to be a fast trip considering g there was literally only 3 cars in the drive-thru and all had already ordered when I got to the speaker. Next time we visit The Outlet Mall (which is quite often) we will not be stopping at this...
