Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Indiana

I love the food here. The prices are fair and honestly the staff are usually pretty nice.

Today killed it for me though. Im at the drive thru, and i hear through the closed window a female employee say "He's here every day" in a very negative and condescending tone.

Yes i am at zaxbys just about every day of the week.

Thats my business. I bring you guys honest reliable business. Always wish everyone a nice day and greet everyone with a smile.

I dont know if said employee is having a bad day or what. But just because you think someone cant hear you doesnt give you right to bad mouth them. And im lead to think that ive been badmouthed behind my back for being someone who has enjoyed the food for some time. Just because this is my first time witnessing it doesnt mean its the first time it happened.

Ive never caused anyone at this establishment issue. Never complained when my order was wrong or missing items. Never cause a rucus or was anything short of kind and grateful for the service.

I dont think ill be returning to this location again. So dont worry about seeing me anymore. I see that my patronage was mocked and disrespected without any reason other than frequency.

The experience today may be the worst experience I’ve had at any Zaxby’s. It was all about the food. The Zalad portions are getting smaller and the price is increasing. If you need to increase the price, I get it, but don’t punish us for patronizing your restaurant. My wife and I both got the Asian Zenzation. Absolutely love the flavor. However, it was built like a lite portion. We both were floored at the size. We used to split these Zalads when they were $7.99. My adult son got the Chicken Philly sandwich. It was actually pretty well sized. But the fries he got with the meal was like ice. The sandwich was barely worn. Some context, I ordered online. Got to the restaurant when was informed it would be ready. Drove home, (less than five minutes), sat down to eat. So we were ready to eat approximately 20 minutes after ordering. Oh and forgot to mention that I ordered an add-on 8 piece buffalo shrimp that I was shorted one shrimp and were cool as well. I hope they will do...

This experience is definitely not the one I had when I lived in Columbus Georgia. I moved to the west coast and we don't have Zaxbys. So when I came out here for the Kentucky derby and saw a Zaxbys, I had to go. Oh boy was I disappointed. First off the chicken strip are so little, ordered a chicken sandwich club and it only had pickles on it, now I'm sure a club sandwich has way more stuff on it than just pickles, and to make matters worse. The chicken had a burnt taste to it and you could still see some of the flour on the chicken. Now on to the Cobb salad, it was decent but poor put together. I ordered a extra chicken strip for the salad. Wow. The 2 was so small, I have never seen strips that little, they had to of be about 3in long. I am so disappointed in this Zaxbys but this will not discourage me from going to another one, praying I don't get the same end results.
