My fiancée needed a small resize. When we dropped off the ring we got a text that the tines needed some reworking to help the small stones set better and not fall out and asked if we’d like to do that. We agreed, and 2 days after we got the ring back (which was sized and cleaned very well) one of the small stones fell out. We brought this to their attention and was offered to fix it free of charge and replace the missing Moissanite stone. After about 2 weeks we get the ring back and it is well cleaned again but the stone is still missing. When I called to talk to someone about it, I was met with a “well are ya sure?” And “well bring it back” in a tone that was not appreciated or appropriate. Unfortunately very disappointed since before this, the customer service was great.

Edit: after this incident, we talked to the main jeweler of the establishment and he took the time to talk about the incident And handled it appropriately and offered to help with another peice of jewelry we had issues with. Left my engagement ring and wedding band to get them sized and have them soldered together. The lady that works there was very cheerful and knowledgeable. She reassured me that my inscription on my band would be ok. I was quoted a price, and told that it would be ready the next day about 4pm, but they would call if sooner. I walked in about 5:30, and my rings were finished. The gentleman did a great job. They fit perfect, and he soldered them together the way I wanted them, but didn't think it was possible.
