I live about 3 minutes down the street and decided to order a pizza through the Uber app on my way home on a Friday night. I ordered at approximately 9:05 p.m. and began calling the store at 10:30 p.m. I essentially spammed the Uber app and hit the request update button about 20 times and within that minute it showed that the pizza was now on the route. Another 20 minutes went past and it showed that the pizza was in route but still in their parking lot so I called at 10:48 p.m. and they said that the pizza was on its way. So here we are, on a wonderful Friday night still waiting for this pizza that is no greater than a 3 to 5 minute drive depending on two traffic lights. I guess I could keep reviewing this until the pizza arrives considering it's been about 2 hours now for two two-topping medium pizzas. So if you're debating ordering from here and you have about a day, to a day and a half then you're all set. Is it currently a Tuesday and you're thinking about having pizza on a Thursday? Go ahead and give him a call, you'll be all set. However, if you live in this general century, you might be surprised about the service you'll get here. But again it's up to you I did not control your fate or how you feed yourself or your family, only you and your relationship with Domino's can control that. So my advice in the end: spend about 2 to 3 days planning your next 2 to 3 days, and decide whether Domino's has a place in that time period based upon their delivery window. Keep in mind natural disasters and other large social or economic events can alter things, but, you, yourself, and only yourself, can make an educated decision where you sit right now as you read this, regardless of how I feel about the future and who you might be and what you might read and how you might feel about it. I just glanced outside in the pizza still isn't here yet, it actually shows they're back in their parking lot rather than when they moved out into the Kroger parking lot. Anyway back to the time space continuum and how you and I have crossed paths: I truly wonder how something is simple as my experience will be to you who are reading this right now, and how it will affect you and your decision and those around you. I could essentially be changing the history of the world based upon a minor series of events that continues to stem off..... Wow, 5 minutes to think about that and I checked outside and still no pizza. But anyway, I'm going to go ahead and go to bed now and I will potentially update this if I see pizza outside in the morning but it's been just over 2 hours now and I'm 3 minutes down the street and about 35 minutes ago they were already on the way, so I don't have much more to say other than I wish you, whoever you are, all the best in your life and to be surrounded by positivity and to share that positivity with all of those who you cross paths with.
Hello all, thanks for getting this far! I just wanted to say we are still waiting for our pizza, and based upon previous reviews ... This is more of a "my fault" thing for not educating myself. Good luck you...
Read moreAll it takes is one poor experience and had that one last night (11/21) Prior to that I ordered several times earlier in 2018. Most times the food showed up quick and was hot. Then later food showed up slower but was still reasonably warm.
Last night's experience was insane and left me in a quagmire.
Ordered 3 pizzas around 6:00 pm. At 6:08 received email that said estimated time was 45-50 minutes. About an hour later I realized food wasn't delivered so checked online and the status of the order was that it had been "checked for quality" or something like that.
Well, okay.
Time went on and I clicked link on site repeatedly to add my mobile number for notification as the pizza was still in its last status. Received no text. Around 7:15 I try to call store to cancel pizza and am on hold for over 10 minutes and I hang up. Around 7:34 I get a text the pizza was on the way.
Close to 8:05 I start looking at the website for a customer service number. Incredibly that number is disconnected!! It's possible the website listed it wrong as it started with "1860-" WTH?
8:20 rolls by and no food, no way to call the store, and no way to call customer support. I guess the guy wasn't coming and I'd have to call the bank on Friday to challenge the charges.
Close to 8:30 while on hold with the store the guy shows up! I stop him at the door and ask if it's at least warm. He says I can feel the boxes and they are reasonably warm. I tell him they must be busy tonight. He says "No one wants to make dinner the night before Thanksgiving."
Get food inside and realize why the status of the order was stuck in the same state for over an hour. All three pies are dark, dry, and disgusting. They sat in a heater for that long!!
Never again. Not even if free will I order from a Dominos. Their staffing issues are not my concern and gave me a hell ish and unforgivable...
Read more4/7/2019 3rd time I’ve had a major issue with this franchise. Ordered a pizza at 7:04pm. Didn’t get a call or any attempt on their part to reach out to me to let me know that they weren’t going to be delivering my pizza because the manager quit earlier that day.
Drove up to the store and saw 2 employees inside, Tasha and Kirk, who said to be from a Noblesville store. Rang the bell multiple times and knocked and they both scurried to the back of the store. I drove around the back to see what was going on and was told what I stated above. Asked of this location was a franchisee location or Corporate chained location. Tasha said it was a franchisee. I asked for a way to contact the franchisee and she had no answer. Kirk didn’t either. Told me I could find them on Google. I asked for her name in the back who seemed to have answers but no solutions to my issue, and she told Kirk she didn’t have to give her name but I heard Kirk speak it earlier and wanted to confirm. Asked them to refund my pizza order and he said he voided the order but didn’t confirm my refund.
Rather than communicating with a phone call or being polite when I drove to the store,l to figure out what was going on, these two would rather me jump through hoops to get a simple answer. I’ve had 3 issues with this store before. Once ordered delivery and 2 hours later got a call saying they didn’t have a driver. Drove to the store to get the pizza and was offered NOTHING for the inconvenience. Charge me twice as they had to recreate my order. The first time was when they brought me a pizza and all the cheese and toppings fell off of the pizza all over the inside of the box.
Whoever runs this franchisee needs to get into the store and cultivate the employees and find a leader to lead them. The constant excuse and lack of communication...
