raiting is based on the experience not the food* The driver came to my apt and knocked on my door. Mind you that our rooms are located in the back so I couldnt hear him knock. So he knocked-no banged on my door, I heard that immediately so approached the door and expressed my sincere apologies since I didn't hear his first knock. That didn't change his attitude at all. He handed me the receipt with an attitude. I brushed it off-maybe he was just trying to get out quick so I quickly signed then gave him back the receipt (forgetting to put the tip even though he was being kinda rude) and he handed me the pizza. He looked at it, rudely told me to put the total amount. So I did 15.24 w/ no tip -because of the attitude and the way he was coming off. My wife and I ALWAYS give some type of tip cause we've been in his position before BUT Overall I felt disrespected because when I said thank you and was going to shut my door, he put his foot in my door to stop it and said "here's is your receipt." I told him I didn't need it, he said "neither do I" then he tossed it at me. Ill order the bomb pizza from here again but never doing...

My wife and I both work in the restaurant industry and tend to cut others slack because we can relate... but this restaurant lacks any customer service ability or leadership altogether. 2 years ago we ordered for our kids before leaving them with family to go out on valentine's day... my kids waited 4 hours to eat dinner that night because this store messed up not only once but TWICE. I had to call 3 times while I was out with my wife to get it straightened out and received nothing but frustration and excuses from the MOD. A couple of weeks ago I ordered online and upon picking up was told that they wont accept a $100 bill which was the only form of payment I had. No sign on the door or even at the register that stated this and no apology offered by the cashier or the manager. I called corporate and their representative told me that someone from the location would reach out but here we are two weeks later I have still heard nothing. Read moreno stars from us ordered from them and the first time I ordered 3 oven baked ranch sandwiches for 2 co workers and myself the lady was rude they forgot our ranch dipping sauce told us it would be another hour and we refused by then our food would be cold so they credited us and order again like a dummy my online order was wrong I was told the delivery guy grabbed the wrong order a guest ordered for me because of my kind front desk hospitality I was told instead of waiting my order would be credited for the next time called for my replacement the manager was extremely rude and kept bringing up my 3 baked sandwiches that were also a wrong order and he kept yelling at me and told me I was lying about my order I called the guest he called and gave them the order number and they still did nothing he told us he could not replace the order so have a nice night , he would not give us his name after asking him several times he continued to be rude and loud after that we said forget the order we don't want these people...
