There was no one in line when we arrived (only three of us, nothing crazy) and the place was empty. Four employees could be seen goofing off behind the counter, one eating very openly, and one lady actually trying to look busy sweeping. After about 5 min of standing there waiting for service, the sweeper said to the staff "hey, there's people out here." We finally got service from a reluctant lady who had just taken a giant bite of bagel and cream cheese was smeared on her mouth...while taking our order. They were out of the particular bagel we wanted for our sandwich, and the selection of what was left was very limited. She even had to check to make sure there were hash browns available. It's noon, and they have four hours to close, but act like they're closing in 15 min and would rather everyone leave them alone. If the manager is who I think she is, she's wearing gray sweatpants....not very professional. The coffee in the lobby was completely out in all 3 carafes, and out of the 4 ladies here, 1 finally came out to retrieve the coffee containers 15 min after we informed them of the issue. And two of my party both ordered coffee. So now we have to wait until that's done to just even get the coffee they originally ordered. If the lobby was empty before we arrived, why has nothing been prepped for the remaining four hours of business? This has been a reminder to me to only support the local bagel deli and not this unkempt and...
Read moreI don’t usually like to leave reviews because I have worked in food service for a long time serving and bartending but when i do leave a review it’s because an experience is impressively poor. I’ve only been to two locations and the first time I was disappointed but I was even more so today. The food tastes like nothing. My friend and I placed two separate orders and I went to pick them up for us. They got a bagel with cream cheese and a hot chocolate and I got a breakfast sandwich with a carmel cold brew. I’m waiting by the pick up area and they set both of our orders down but I was still waiting on my cold brew. An employee asked me what else I was waiting on and I said my carmel cold brew. She said they were out of carmel but that I could grab a drink from the front (they had like bottled teas and waters) and I asked instead for a vanilla cold brew. The cold brew was good actually. I picked up our stuff and realized my friends hot chocolate was room temperature. I was only waiting there for like three minutes. I get back home and we realize they mixed up our orders. It’s a good thing we were together because someone else probably would’ve been really irritated they got the complete wrong food order. Would not go to einstein bros again but specifically would not return to...

The Origins of Coffee.
Although there are many legends about how and when coffee was found, no one knows for sure. Coffee's origins may be traced back hundreds of years to the Ethiopian plateau's old coffee woods. Legend has it that the goat herder Kaldi was the first to recognize the potential of these treasured beans there.
