Jordan's Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Indianapolis

The cashier and cook refused to remake my order after they did not season any of my food. I offered to give them the food back and they still refused. They refused to fix the order and even refused to disclose their names and their supervisor’s information. I ordered from door dash and had to drive all the way from zionsville only to be told they cannot remake the order. They took the old cold food behind the counter (cross contamination by the way and put lemon pepper on the food as if that would fix the problem) the food was hard and cold. Why would you take the old cold food and put seasoning on it when it had been in the door dashers hands, inside my house, and back to their building. That’s disgusting. No apologies were given. Only “a bunch of “uuuhhh, idk, I can’t help you.” This is bad business. Zero stars if I could give it. People here are idiots man....

The chicken is very good, less salt would be nice, but the best cooked chicken in town. the french fry(s) very nice and crispy too, my wife had the catfish and loved the flavor and texture. I recommend everyone to get it carry out, the place is small and not very comfortable to eat in, the restrooms need updated and cleaned. The kitchen area is open to the public to see most of the operation, the kitchen area looked clean for such a fast moving production. The Owners are nice, and deal with many types of customers with different ideas, yet they seem to pull everyone in with great fried chicken and fish. We will be back and ask for less salt! Yes, they have old system to process credit cards, and ATM cards, so call in your order and pay with cash, enjoy your meal and move on...

I asked them if they hiring the way I see they was moving fast and those are the people I like to be working with not slow people that’s not getting work done but dammn I wish I could give them 100 star. It was only 2 guys and they did that. They moved fast and get everyone out the way. I appreciate them the fact it’s only 2 of them good costumer service the fact they were busy and still be nice to costumer it was about 8 people in there and they put in work they only one I had seen there they deserve a raised tbh this was my first time and from now this where I’m getting my wings at.
