Their beef shawarma is absolutely delicious — seriously reminds me of Shawerma Reem in Jordan. So juicy, flavorful, and perfectly wrapped. We also tried the chicken shawarma and hummus, and both were really good! The hummus was creamy and tasty — a great side to the meal. And we can’t forget to mention the sweet lady working there — she’s the kindest and most welcoming person. Her warm attitude made the whole experience even better. Everything was super clean, the portions were generous, and the food came out quickly and fresh. Highly, highly recommended! Will definitely be coming back again soon.

The place is inside Saraga. I had to call to find that out. The food doesn't have flavor; not enough salt or spice. Falafel was mushy from the inside and lacks any flavor. Gyro was horrible. Grilled meat dishes were just ok. We didn't get spoons with the rice dish. Ketchup bottle was old generic and barely had any ketchup in it. I don't see myself going there again especially with the menu prices. You definitely get less than what you paid for.

It was delicious wow We got the chicken shawarma and falafel. The falafel was really good, the sauce (hummus?) was great. My wife and I had lunch today at Mama Saaj after filling our Saraga shopping cart. We ordered with the touchscreen menu, fairly straightforward, after which the very friendly and proud owner let us know it would be about 15 minutes. We grabbed a bench and chatted as he began to bring things out as they were ready. First the two-kebab kofta, which was delicious, the rice soft and flavorful, with a nice salad in the middle. Then the extra chicken kebab, also delicious, was followed by baba ghanouj with perfectly toasted pita bread. All delicious, and the busy owner was very pleasant. This delicious restaurant is located INSIDE the Saraga and is definitely not a spot to miss! Just visited and got the lamb Shawarma for the second time today. You can be happy to know your food is made fresh to order. It might take a little longer than a fast food place, but the wait is WORTH IT. The staff works hard to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. They were very kind and assured me my lamb would be out soon. I’m fine with waiting for something I know is good.
