I love to give great reviews, so for me to be upset enough for a low review takes a lot.
I stopped in here to grab a quick lunch on a trip to the area. Once I ordered no total was told to me so I had to play a guessing game because they didn’t finalize the screen the whole 5 mins I was stuck there. Then as I pull to window 1 to pay they kept the window shut while two guys chest bumped and hugged, assume work besties and whatever but really hung up the line with their playing and zero communication out the window to me.
Finally I paid and moved on up to window 2, and this is where it went from mildly annoying to down right horrible customer service. The lady that I assume was manager as she was giving instructions to other team members, held out my cup holder of 2 frappes and a soda, with her back to me and one arm out, didn’t even look to see if I had my hands on it before she let go and drinks sloshed on my car and hands as I scrambled to save them she with her back still to me shut the window and walked away.
Now furious cause I couldn’t get their attention to ask for more napkins she sends someone else to the window to ask me to go to a holding spot. Well I couldn’t move, they had pulled cars ahead of me and where they were asking me to go already had someone. When I let the young girl know that to give additional directions she slammed the window and hollered at someone else. I sat for around 7 minutes before they handed food out to the spot they asked me to go to and then moved to that spot as they never came with additional instructions of what they wanted me to do but was clearly upset that me sitting there was running their timer.
Once I made it to pick up 2 they left me there another 20 mins, before someone came and shoved 2 bags at me and ran. Zero communication, zero effort, zero...

After 5 minutes of arriving to meet a friend there for breakfast while my friend was eating I was approached by an employee that asked was we going to order anything else after telling her I was ordering on the app she informed me that the owner said that we had been there long enough and if we didn't leave they was calling the police. There was no more than 9 people in the whole restaurant and they all happened to be Caucasian and upon us leaving after the owner refused to explain any reason for this nor would he talk to us face to face about why he was threatening to call the police after me being there 5 minutes I noticed everyone asked to leave where Caucasian people and all the employees and owner was African American. I do not know if it was racially motivated but there was no other reason and I have never been treated like that anywhere let alone at McDonalds. I just want everyone to know how the owner treats his customers and I am reporting it to the corporate office and I am going back up there tomorrow to get everything that was said and recording it tomorrow and I will report more about this tomorrow. So if you happen to go by there ask why Caucasian people are asked to leave or they will call the police on them after 5 minutes of ordering and the owner's name is Reginald Jones. (Update) channel 6 news is doing a story on why the owner doesn't let two or more white people to dine in without threats of the police being called. That is probably why no white people work there. But this is why racism will never end because of people like Mr. Jones! Read moreThis is the worst McDonalds in human existence. I have tried to come to this location 4 times over the course of a year. I have never written a review on google because I personally don’t care about reviews, however this location needs to be leveled and turned into a Burger King or Taco Bell.
My first visit I went through the drive through after work, around 10:30 pm....after about 10 minutes of no answer at the kiosk I drive up to the window to find the employees just chilling and blatantly ignoring the drive through, so I left.
My second visit I tried to go through the drive through again after work (months later) and the same exact thing happened, so I kept driving around the building until they took my order. When I asked for chicken strips they said, “We’re out of chicken and we close in 2 hours...” lazy and pathetic, so I leave.
Third visit they actually answer the drive through for breakfast....just so I could sit at the mindow and watch the sun rise because they took over 20 minutes for a breakfast order and got it all wrong.
My 4th and last visit just took place. I was ignored at the drive through again, so this time I decided to go inside. I ordered 2 simple items....somehow the next 4 people in line got their food before me. I approached the counter to ask about my food and received attitude.
Save your time and money and go somewhere else, this place hasn’t changed in a year and they have been “hiring managers” this entire past year, yet this location is being ran into the ground. Their only saving grace is the name McDonalds, if it weren’t for the name they would’ve been out of business...
