I stop at this location every day for breakfast. I have never had an experience like today. We ordered through the app today. Messed my order up, I call because I am 10 plus minutes away already and going to work. The person answered the phone like I was in the drive thru dn then when I told her my order was messed up, said I HAD to bring the food back now or it they can't do anything for me. When I asked for a manager the claimed she was one, but obviously wasn't. When I asked her name for my reference to getting this fixed, she refused. When I told her I've never had to return to store or with food to get my order replaced for next time, she claimed it was their policy. So I'm just screwed because I couldn't go back. She said "I have spoken and that's the way it is". Um no no crack queen, that's not how this goes. You need to figure this out mcdonalds. That lady needs identified and fired. With how many reviews are messed up orders and bad customer service at this location, you'd think you'd care enough about your stores and customers who pay your bills to have good management and employees. The drive thru employees know who I am. I've not had an issue with any of them. You have someone claiming to be manager when they are not. Read moreOkay so we arrive and oder our food on the kiosk and the first kiosk wasn’t working. Then we order again and ended up waiting over 15 minutes for our food. When we went up going to the counter the guy said table # and our food was in a bag. Now part of the whole reason we ordered to dine in was to reduce the amount of paper we are using. This was done in an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint. This made me so disappointed. My vanilla shake was so melted from sitting on the counter for so long it did not even look like there was any whip cream. Now maybe if we had a complicated order this would have been acceptable but we order 2 deluxe mc crispy and a large fry. Absolutely nothing about that is complicated and I’ve worked in a fast paced line kitchen. When we checked the receipt on the bag it was printed out 2 minutes before we got our food. 13 minutes after we had ordered the food on this kiosk. Now I want to play devils advocate but we were the only people eating inside of the dining area other than an employee that was what I assume on break or off the clock entirely.
