2 hours for delivery? I ordered at 5:30pm and didn’t receive my order until 7:30pm. $45 for stale lukewarm pizza that’s been sitting under heating lamps for 2 hours? Complete waste of my hard earned money. I called 3 times and was hung up on each time. That’s absolutely not good service. And before you respond with what seems to be your copy/paste response to everyone, please don’t.

Customers don’t want to hear that. It doesn’t do anything accept inflame the situation. Obviously it’s not disappointing for you to hear because you aren’t doing anything about this incredibly long delivery time that you have been aware of for months!
I tried to call and allow you the opportunity to explain in hopes of saving me as a customer but hanging up on me 3 times solidified my decision to not only never order from you again, but to tell everyone I know not to order from you and by leaving this honest review.

I ordered my pizza online at 5:14 P.M. the delivery time was supposed to be 7:00 p.m. So when 730 came around and we did not hear anything Icheck the online acct ( which was hard to use with the discount) it said it was still baking. Of course I had yo call. When I called the man said they only had one driver. I explain that I had already been waiting a WHILE and asked what would happen in we came to pick it up instead. The man's response was we won't charge the delivery charge. He did not apologize or try to help me in any way. We went to go pick up the pizza. When we arrived the man gave me my original total. I explain how I thought that was unfair. He then gave me a minor discount. By the time we for home our food was cold. I had to warm up the good for the first we had over. Read moreI placed an online order for carry out at 4:48pm, realized I had selected the wrong sauce on one of my pizzas and was calling the store at 4:50pm, only to be told my pizzas were already in the oven. How, in the 90 seconds it took between my order being sent in and me calling the store, they had time to read through it, add all the toppings and then put it in the oven absolutely baffles me. If that’s the level of speed that the Pizza Hut employees can make a pizza, they need to join NASCAR pit crews. Upon being told my pizzas, ordered literally 2 minutes before!!, were already in the oven, I just kept asking the worker, “are you serious?” I highly doubt that she was telling me the truth seeing as how she had to “go check” on my order in the system after asking my name.
