Update: I ordered through them again after reading an article by ABC news with Chad Murrell (one of the five guys owners) who stated, "while a small fry order will get you a 12-ounce cup filled with fries, it will also get you another full scoop thrown into the bag with it. That's not the server hooking you up though, that's all a part of Five Guys' carefully planned "illusion." -- I guess these employees at this location didn't get the memo. Prices have increased and we continue to get less fries. Doesn't make sense. The owners need to do something about this location because it's pathetic. Never ordering from this location again. I have been coming to five guys for years and years!! I have never ordered 2 large fries and NOT gotten extra.. They can't even fill the cups to the top anymore!? $45 on 2 burgers and 2 fries and I can't even get a large fry filled to the top and this is the second time this has happened in 2 weeks!! Doing myself a favor from now on and spending $45 somewhere else and get...
Read moreA recent visit to Five Guys reaffirmed my belief that they remain a pinnacle of the burger experience. From the moment we walked in, the energy was palpable. The staff, a symphony of efficiency and genuine enthusiasm, greeted us warmly. Observing the kitchen, I was particularly impressed by the ladies that were orchestrating the culinary magic. Their dedication was evident in every perfectly crafted burger – arguably the best I've ever had. The patties were cooked to juicy perfection, the toppings fresh and vibrant, all nestled within a soft, toasted bun. And the fries! A mountain of crispy, golden perfection, served piping hot and perfectly salted. My daughter, a discerning shake aficionado, devoured her milkshake with an intensity that spoke volumes. The rich, creamy concoction vanished in record time. As always, the complimentary peanuts provided a delightful pre-meal snack. Five Guys continues to deliver on its promise of quality and generous portions, making it a standout in the crowded...
Read moreBack at the beginning of the pandemic, or when businesses started opening up, I ordered from the Five Guys app. But when I got into the restaurant and for some reason, the cashier had an attitude. I filled out a survey, explaining my experience, and several days later, the district manager, Jordan, called on a Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. and left a message, "...wanting to make the situation right..." I returned his message with a message of my own, but he didn't respond. I later texted him on a follow-up and he responded via text, "I can't talk right now..." I again texted him several days later, and his text this time was, "I'll call you on Thursday..." Obviously, he otherwise didn't respond back. And, just for the record, I contacted the corporate office, about how the district manager handled the situation, not the initial offense, via their website email, and they in turn never responded... So, don't expect legitimate customer service resolution to any issues with...
