I'm a daily customer here. Eve. Though they are short staffed, they are a highly popular ɓagel/coffee shop. As a customer, I see how hard they strive for each customers experience. The "register girls," as I call them, are very polite, knowledgeable, mannered, and eager to help find you exactly what you're looking for. Fresh handmade bagels, cookies, muffins, apple, and strawberry pastries along with a variety of gourmet coffee, lattes, shakes, and even strawberry banana smoothies! Whether you're a first timer or a daily customer, this location will leave you with wanting more. Did I mention the variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Which u can get at any time. This location is only open from 6 am to 12 pm due to lack of staffing. But the staff they do have are amazing! This is a must try. Just remember they are VERY BUSY, so please be patient with them and remember to tip. They have a lot of orders to fill and work 6 to 7 days a week.. They have families, bills, and miss out on things. One team member drives 2 hours just to work there, and another is struggling with transportation and housing. But yet, these ladies still do their best to shine every day and provide the best service they can! The baker comes in at 2 am. To start baking these fresh, delicious bagels and other items. 10/10 highly recommend. They even do catering for all type of gatherings! They prove everything. Love abnormally long wait times? Missing items? Out of stock bagels on an order you’ve already placed? Nonchalant employee attitudes? This place is for you! For a place that is supposed to pride themselves on such a simple business model: simply BAGELS, they miss the mark across the board almost every single time. Never mind being overpriced, an aspect I was willing to overlook.

5 out of 6 recent orders having an issue isn’t a coincidence and 35 minute wait times for a single bagel is unreal. Don’t take my word for it, order today and show up to be informed at 10am that what you ordered is “out” to experience the joy of waiting an additional 15-25 minutes for your replacement item, if you’re lucky to get it that quickly. Apparently no one knows how to pick up the phone and call to inform you that what you ordered isn’t available, it’s just a surprise waiting to happen when you arrive. If you’re in a hurry, this place isn’t for you.

Worst Einsteins I have ever been to. I love Einsteins but this location is seriously not a good establishment to frequent. Staff members are too busy talking to each other to make sure that customers are being cared for. The girl taking my order was rude, didnt know what she was doing, and messed it up in 3 different ways. It took five minutes just to place an order and there were three people behind me, once of which left. When I told the shift manager that she was rude, he just nodded and said a quick sorry. Then I was given the wrong size coffee, after waiting far too long for someone to literally just dump cream, flavoring, coffee, and ice into a cup. The shift supervisor did absolutely nothing to try to fix it, just continued to try and defend the people working there.
