Very lovely meal here tonight. Food was very delicious and just the right amount. I had the Alfredo with chicken which was cooked just right. As you can see from the photo I cleared the plate which is not an easy thing to do in most restaurants. Sat at the bar and the service was great and attentive. I normally don’t rate Italian style meals too highly as pasta isn’t that hard to make and is normally over priced for what is in essence a $4 jar of sauce and few cents of pasta; but they really made the meal nice and delicious and worth the $19 or so. What isn’t $19 nowadays for a meal unfortunately? Bread and olive oil is great to have to supplement the meal so definitely take that. Restaurant is pretty loud as it was busy and the acoustics aren’t great so be aware of that if you’re hard of hearing.

This is a lovely restaurant with very polite service and exceptionally cooked food. Our group of four started with bruschetta in the appetizers. From the main menu we tried marsala, gnocchi w/ pesto with chicken, spaghetti pomodoro, and linguine tutto mare. We paired this up with white wine (Gavi) and red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon). Finally, for dessert we tried their beignets. Every single thing was cooked to perfection and served with professionalism. Our server, particularly I believe, Emma was there with extra cheese and pepper for our group and we just absolutely loved the whole experience. I can't wait to come here again and try other things from the menu. I would like to know the full name of Gavi white wine that we tried if someone from the restaurant reads this. Thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Outstanding Dining Experience! We had a fantastic dinner at Rosemary and Olive! Everything from the food to the service was exceptional. We ordered the Salmon Siciliana, Veal Marsala, and Beef Carpaccio each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The salmon was perfectly cooked, the veal was tender and rich with Marsala wine sauce, and the carpaccio was delicate and delicious. Our server went above and beyond to make our evening special. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made some excellent cocktail recommendations don’t miss the French Martini and the Berry Pie cocktail. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for an elegant yet comfortable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I am wondering if we ate at the same restaurant everyone else did? Two of us dined on a busy Saturday night. The table took a while. We sat at the tiny bar, which is JUST inside the entrance/exit door. So, there are servers, management, new customers, and exiting customers all cramming and tripping over one another because it connects two sides to the dining areas. Chaos. We ordered drinks. Mine was fine. His choice, they told him to order something else because they didnt have the ingredients or know how to make the Amaretto Sour. So, he ordered something else. The bartender starts looking on her phone for a recipe. She attempted, and told him to taste it. It tasted really bad. He gave up and just drank it and paid. We get seated. No bread and oil. I saw no one with bread. No salads. We order a calamari appetizer. It was like chewing fishy smelling rubber bands. We sent it back. The server reports it to higher-ups. A manager and I assume an owner later came and apologize profusely to my bf saying they agreed it was really bad and he spoke to the chef. OK, great, but they were continuing to serve it to tables seated after us. Our dinners were OK. After leaving, we agreed neither of us felt the food was worth the $ we paid. It was not hot either. I have written a lot here but, I just think it's worth talking about for how much we spent on that meal. Everyone else here is very happy. Perhaps they usually eat at McDonalds? I am normally super easy to please. You can see my usual reviews are pretty positive. This manager/owner only seemed concerned with my man's approval and forgiveness. Neither of us were impressed. We didn't ask for anything but to take the $ off for the app we didn't eat. My man doesn't write reviews....but I do. If the food was great, I'd give the chef the...

I very rarely leave negative reviews for restaurants because I’m pretty easy to please. However, this was simply a horrible experience.

Service: Worst of all was the service. I will not blame our server. She was very nice and truly trying her best. She was running around the entire restaurant trying to wait on many tables. I don’t know if this a problem of understaffing or poor management, but she did not have enough time. It took 15 minutes just to place orders for drinks and appetizers. Then another 30 minutes to receive them. Then an additional 60 minutes to receive our entrees with no explanation.

Food: Very bland food and drinks overall. Our cocktails, the French Martini and Aperol Spritz, were quite disgusting. My shirt rib ravioli was extremely simple and flavorless. Tasted like canned Chef Boyardee ravioli. Overpriced. My partners branzino also lacked seasoning and it was baked rather than being braised as described in the menu. His side dish of pasta was over cooked as well.

Atmosphere: Sadly, I have the say the atmosphere was abhorrent. There were far too many tables squeezed into a small area. Throughout our dinner, both to us were bumped by passing waiting staff and customers as there was not enough room for them to pass between tables. It was also so incredibly loud that it became impossible to hold any kind of conversation.

We really had high hope for this new restaurant, but we were sorely disappointed. As hard as I may try, I cannot come up with a single redeemable quality. Don’t waste your...

Incredible Service at Rosemary & Olive – Thank You, Yolanda!

I recently dined at Rosemary & Olive Italian Restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to our amazing server, Yolanda. From the moment we were seated, Yolanda made us feel like we were guests in her own home. Her warm smile, friendly attitude, and exceptional service elevated our dining experience to a whole new level.

Yolanda was attentive without being overbearing and had an impressive knowledge of the menu. Her recommendations were thoughtful, and you could tell she genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best possible meal. She even took the time to explain the specials in detail and suggested wine pairings that perfectly complemented our dishes.

What really set Yolanda apart was her attention to detail. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, from refilling our drinks at just the right moment to checking in on our table with impeccable timing. Every interaction felt personal, and she made sure we were completely satisfied throughout the meal.

Dining at Rosemary & Olive was a truly memorable experience, and Yolanda’s service was a huge part of that. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for Yolanda – she will make sure your meal is nothing short of fantastic. We’ll definitely...
