Never coming again on a weekend! They'd do better to have SCHEDULED TIMES WHERE PEOPLE CAN DO THE ACTIVITIES THEY SIGNED UP FOR!

FIRST COME FIRST SERVED IS NOT WORKING ON THE WEEKENDS.

We signed up for the wait-list to play patio pong at 6:55p! We signed up for the wait-list to bowl at 8:30p, and I stood in line for 55 minutes to do so.

NO ONE WAS PLAYING PATIO PONG FROM 8:45P - 9:15P! I SPOKE TO THE FRONT PEOPLE AT 8:50P and told them I was on the wait-list and I have 8 people with me. Front guy says wait TWO MINUTES and it'll be your turn. FOUR MINUTES LATER, they haven't handed me the pong balls yet. They say wait THREE MORE MINUTES then it'll be your turn. As three minutes expire, he's about to hand me the pong balls, but says that my name is ready for bowling too.

We've now waited 3 hours to patio pong, and I've been waiting in your face for 10 minutes and now you're asking me to choose between the two, when you tell me that the wait for bowling was 90 minutes, that's 10pm! Not 9:15-20p ! If you would've handed me the pong balls 5 minutes ago we wouldn't have had this problem, and we would've had time to do the activity that we waited the longest for. 🤦🏾‍♂️. We DID NOT get the chance to patio pong and this is what I signed up for first.

PLEASE CHANGE YOUR SYSTEMS! YOU'RE MAKING PEOPLE WAIT UNNECESSARILY WHEN INSTEAD, IF YOU HAVE SCHEDULE TIMES THAT PEOPLE SIGN UP FOR, then things would have to run...

I had the pleasure of hosting our company holiday party at Pins Mechanical Co., and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. Meredith Trask is fantastic to work with—she is incredibly organized, attentive, and ensures every detail was taken care of. Her professionalism and dedication made the planning process a breeze. Throughout the evening, Connor Ice went above and beyond to ensure our group was well taken care of, providing exceptional service and making sure everyone had a great time.

Pins Mechanical Co. itself is the perfect venue for a fun and relaxed event. The lively atmosphere, with its mix of games and entertainment, kept everyone engaged and entertained throughout the night. The spacious layout offered plenty of room for mingling, while the drinks were delicious, adding to the festive mood. The variety of activities, from pinball machines to duckpin bowling, made for a truly memorable event, and everyone in our company had a blast. I highly recommend Pins Mechanical Co. for any event, and I’m grateful to Meredith, Connor, and the entire team for making our holiday party a...

I really wanted to be impressed with this place, but I probably wouldn’t go back. Beautiful facility, cool concept. Drinks are okay, but a bit overpriced. My peeve was that our bartender seemed miserable to be there-or at least to have us there. We came in pretty late in the evening, but the place wasn’t crowded much at all. Basic manners just didn’t exist, even though I tried to go out of my way to be kind/patient, as I know the service industry can be tough. I wasn’t even comfortable sitting at the bar anymore by the second time I thanked her and paid for the group I was with-literally just had a card reader sat in front of me with no words, which she didn’t bother coming back to pick up (awkward in itself because I didn’t want to leave the device laying there unattended either). Our group decided to go outside at that point to the balcony, but it had just rained, so every seat was soaked, which wasn’t super great for a girl at the end of the night in heels. Overall, there are simply better places to go and spend your money with a friendlier/more...

This place is pretty cool. Lots to do here, and it’s not overcrowded, even on a busy summer weekend. The duckpin bowling was wayyy easier than the original duckpin bowling in fountain square, but it was still fun. If you want to score high, throw the ball hard. Played some foosball and jenga while we waited for a lane, had some drinks. I despise standing around waiting for the main event at places like this, so alternative options were a huge plus. Overall, a good place to hang out for any occasion. My one gripe is that it’s very much a bar-centered adult environment (I’m pretty sure it’s listed as a bar on Google), but it might as well have been a playground. Everything was boogered-up from kids, and there were kids incessantly screaming at pretty much every lane. Regular bowling is a great activity for families with kids, but every kid I saw duckpin bowling just missed every single pin and then screamed for 30 seconds. Take your kids to the playground or the water park, not the bar.

Company sponsored event. Duck pins bowling was very different from regular bowling. You get balls to try to knock all of the pins down. Sometimes the sensors would trip even though the pins moved but did not actually fall. Most of our scores were very close together. Pins were attached by strings and had an interesting algorithm unclump the pins and strings. Only two kinds of non-alcoholic beverages, really liked the 2 mules, it was mostly soda. The berry smash tasted bitter and I did not like it. There were also three full rows of pinball machines. There was a large Jenga tower. There was a football cage, was kinda interesting. There were also cornhole and big trash cans to throw balls into. Overall seemed like a cool place to hangout. Some really good specials.

Great atmosphere. Me and friends went through on NYE 2024. The line for bowling of course was long, so we got drinks and played on the pinball machines! Speaking drinks; I chose not to drink alcohol and the selection was not really adult friendly. It was either af libations which scared me, or the “mock”tails for the kids. Fortunately for me, one of the bartenders, Chloe, hooked me up with her own special drink she called Teen Spirit, which was DELICIOUS! It was lemonade drink with some other flavors (I chose pomegranate). The appearance was beautiful and the taste was ahhh!!! I’d recommend this anyone but only Chloe has the recipe… for now… We need this on the official menu Pins!! STAT
