Title: 2 drinks and the bearded lady
My girlfriend asked me to get her a chi latte hot with 3 honey, so i went to the nearest starbucks to my house which is near cherry tree plaza on east Washington street. My experience began with someone cutting in the drive through line. I let it slide. I decided to go inside to get a venti Carmel frappe and a hot chi latte with 3 honey. It took over 20 minutes after paying to receive my order. In all honesty do not believe that my order was considered before I said something. I saw a whole lobby area clear out with patrons who were before and after me. There was almost a hostile energy coming from the lady making the drinks. I had witnessed her ask many patrons, "what are you waiting on?" Then proceed to make what drinks were requested, when I asked about my drinks which had yet to come up she told me that they would be coming up soon. Another 10 minutes pass with no results, I am standing at the drink delivery station at this point. She leaves the station and about 5 minutes later I receive my drinks. The experience was totally unacceptable, because of todays experience and the behavior of the staff I am considering the human bean as my coffee choice...
Read moretried to visit 9605 E Washington St Indianapolis Indiana and this store is horrible! This is the third time in the last week that I’ve tried to order and was not able too. Today over 15 people were ahead of me and drove off due to not being helped. I sat at the order speaker for over 20 mins with no one saying anything at all or helping anyone. Others than drove off that were behind me. One person in front of me even placed an order went to the window and sat there for over 20 minutes before driving off without anything. I went inside to see them speaking with what appeared to be friends and ignoring customers. One customer cursed them out and left. They told me they were too busy to help me but they were not doing anything but talking and hanging out? Meanwhile you lost at least 40+ customers while I was there in the 45 mins I waited. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at one of your locations and given the amount of money I spend is completely unprofessional.
I will never go back there even if that means I never order from you again that location will never get my business and something needs to be done for the professionalism of...
Read moreI came in yesterday at 7pm for two Frappuccino’s. After placing my order and waiting about 10 minutes she gave me two lattes. After letting her know that’s not what I ordered, in a rude manner she stated next time make sure your order is right because Frappuccino‘s prices higher. If I just paid $6 per drink what makes you think a extra quarter would be so much higher. I told her I can pay the difference but I know what I ordered. So she rushed making the Frappuccino’s and still didn’t do it right. She whispered to I guess the manager or whomever she was about the situation and look my way as if that was supposed to make me feel some certain type way. After having to get the drinks made a third time the manager ended up voiding my order to put the money back on my Starbucks card. When she did that I guess she didn’t pay attention to the reload and voided that as well. So I had to come back today in order for them to fix it.
