Paying over 8 bucks for a lack luster (yes, I am aware we are talking about Taco Bell) burrito! You would have thought it would have been LESS as I had them remove most of the garbage off of the thing.. 😕 All that was on my burrito was shredded chicken, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and cabbage. No sauces, no extras..
Now.. as for "customer service" THERE WAS NONE!!!!!!! I WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED! I finally was able to grab one of the employees' attention as he returned from the restroom and asked him if anyone was taking orders. I was then informed that I HAD to use the kiosk. W T H?!?!?!?!?! There were 10 people in that prep area, and there were CASH REGISTERS!!!! So, as I was milling through the STUPID kiosk, looking for what I wanted and then how to adjust the good to where I could eat it... Took me over 5 mons to maneuver through that stupidity! If I had just had a CASHIER, I could have had my order taken, perpaired, and back on the damned road!! However... Nooooo This place has to fall for the ignorance and laziness of technology. Well.. yall deserve to lose your job to robots like some places are switching to.
Even another customer who was trying to place an order and was from the town where this place resides was irritated! I already am not a real fan of TB, however, not a whole lot to choose from along my route in that town.
Then, when eating my overpriced burrito.. I was able to enjoy SO much tortilla shell!!!! I paid over 8 bucks for 85% flour shell!!!!!! There was MAYBE a tablespoon of pico de gallo and cabbage. I was expecting to be able to taste chicken.. nope, not enough to taste that, and I did see a few shreds of cheese, so they did pinch some on there. Hope no was threw out their back making my massive overpriced burrito. That kitchen had no direction or sense of customer service or pride in their work. Read moreI went through the drive thru. There was no one in front of us or behind us. There wasn't one person in the inside. We pulled up to the window at 8 p.m. exactly on 8-10-25. We were told at 8:13 that they were making our food fresh so that's why it was taking so long. We didn't ask we were just told this. We finally received food at 8:20. We pulled to the front to make sure everything was correct. It wasn't. We were given wrong order and the other order one taco was cold. I went inside. I told them this. They had to look on screens even though the order was on the bag and everything was in there. The manager argued with me screaming that I wasn't the only person that I had to wait. I told him I already waited 20 minutes at the window. He told me I was lying that I went home. I informed him that wasn't the case. He also told me that I was lying about no one else being there. He then screamed that they have online orders. He told me if I didn't like it I could just have my money back. I told him whatever he needed to do since he wasn't making my food. They started to refund me but then someone else said they could make it. I finally got my order at 8:48 p.m. I know fast food can be stressful but it should never take 48 minutes for fast food. Taco Bell should let it be known they are a casual dining restaurant and you will indeed be there for over an hour including eating time. Read moreWe waited for about 8 minutes at the counter area without even being greeted so we assumed they were trying to force the use of the kiosk ordering system. We ordered and waited for another 5 minutes before I asked about my drink cups and was completely ignored. After another five or so minutes we were asked by a woman being on the counter if we needed help with her order and I said no we've already ordered. She asked about our kiosk order in the back and it had not even been started. Still at this point we have not received any drinks. We finally got our food after 20 minutes in the restaurant and no drinks. I asked for drinks several times before I had to yell can someone get our drinks please and the kid handed me two drink cups however we had a special order slushie drink that they had to make so it took another three or four minutes for that to happen once my boyfriend finally yelled about that. The food was full of beans and light on everything else. His steak quesaritos had about three pieces of steak in it and the flavor of everything was just bland and not cooked tasting today.
