One of their locations in Indianapolis Indiana is scamming/ stealing from hard working people. The first red flag I missed was, the employee telling me to “click print receipt.” I paid and she told me have a good evening. I felt overcharged ..so I asked for my receipt. She’s fidgeting with the computer for 30 minutes, then tells me she can’t print my receipt. I said for get it and proceeded to leave. She then tells me, I couldn’t take the items cause the transaction didn’t go through. Wtffff! My card was charged but was told, it didn’t go through. I showed her my bank statement/ the charge I had from them with the exact amount that was shown on the screen. The people you all hired are stealing from you. They’re over charging people and manually not printing the receipts…so at the end of the night when the drawer is counted, they pocket the money. You all deserve zero stars.
