Subway — Restaurant in Indianapolis

ordered a sandwhich for delivery 6/3/22 8pm without some ingredients (peppers and onions). sandwhich came in with the ingredients I excluded. called the store, asked for a manager. employee asked me why, I asked for manger again, they said he was with another customer, ok I'll wait. so i explain what was wrong to the employee, he proceeds to tell me he cant do anything. so i wait for the managermanager then argues about that my sandwhich is right when he read it to me and then said that it come with it and that I have to specifically put on the notes that I don't want the peppers and onions I specifically excluded from my order. Manager still argued with me that my sandwhich was made correctly. Not once did he offer to RESOLVE my issue, he insisted that I was wrong in how I ordered it. on the subway app, where I REMOVED the onions and pepper. On the good - 3 footlongs for under $20 is a great deal (with coupon). This store piled on my selected veggies and didn't skimp on the mayo.

This store looked rougher than most. Their exterior sign was not lit while they were open at 6:15 on a Saturday night.

Subway asks for a tip on both the app and in store on the payment processor. While I appreciate the service the push and amount options for tipping are too aggressive in the Subway system. If you can't pay employees enough that they need tips then pay them more and raise prices.

I personally take exception with Subway and some other chains calling their staff "Sandwich Artists". Subway dicates what they make and the entire process. Calling them artists is an insult to under paid staff and...

The food wasn't fresh toppings were frozen so my sandwich was soggy. When I returned for a refund the employee argued with me even though, I had my receipt for proof of purchase. He then proceeded to yell and say you people cause so many problems. I found this offensive since I am an African American women he is of Indian decent maybe from India even with all that i still remained calm and asked once more for a refund it wasn't until then that he has my money in his hand and acted as if he was going to pass it to me but then yanked his hand back needless to say this is not a good place of business to spend your money it's so unfortunate that racism is alive and well if you want to be talked at with racial slurs or jargon by all means patronize...
