ordered a sandwhich for delivery 6/3/22 8pm without some ingredients (peppers and onions). sandwhich came in with the ingredients I excluded. called the store, asked for a manager. employee asked me why, I asked for manger again, they said he was with another customer, ok I'll wait. so i explain what was wrong to the employee, he proceeds to tell me he cant do anything. so i wait for the managermanager then argues about that my sandwhich is right when he read it to me and then said that it come with it and that I have to specifically put on the notes that I don't want the peppers and onions I specifically excluded from my order. Manager still argued with me that my sandwhich was made correctly. Not once did he offer to RESOLVE my issue, he insisted that I was wrong in how I ordered it. on the subway app, where I REMOVED the onions and pepper. This store looked rougher than most. Their exterior sign was not lit while they were open at 6:15 on a Saturday night.
Subway asks for a tip on both the app and in store on the payment processor. While I appreciate the service the push and amount options for tipping are too aggressive in the Subway system. If you can't pay employees enough that they need tips then pay them more and raise prices.

He then proceeded to yell and say you people cause so many problems.
