So, today was the final straw. The first incident was when I was in line to order and saw them cleaning off the cutting board. The rag dipped into the lettuce and touched it. The employee saw nothing wrong with what just happened and continued to clean. I left. I then had a few good encounters. Then, I went in after they changed everything. They overcharged me for adding on chips and a drink ( menu said one price and I was charged more). Then, I made my order after not being aware of the menu change and I wasn't told of the change until I went to pay. There I was told it was going to before expensive than it usually is even though I didn't get the extra cheese they want to push at you. And then, today, I went in and saw the lettuce was brown. I didn't get it and informed the worker. He made an excuse and did not take it out of the holder. So, they were gonna give it to a customer. They saw it was brown and we're going to still feed it to someone. That is my last straw. They don't care what they are doing. They claim it's what they have to do but then deny coupons!? Read moreGreat food but the guy was really rude and kicked everyone out of the resturant even though it was 40minutes to closing. He said that they were closing at 9:30pm.the sign on the door said 10pm. One customer came in at 9:26 and he was rude and told her that they wete closing and begged her to make her a sandwich. He did make it. But a customer never should ha e to beg to have someone to do their job. Then he locked the door at 9:30 on the dot. My family and I were chatting outside and noticed one customer knocked on the door for service but the guy inside didn't even say anything or wave to them. I will come back for subway because I am true to the brand and like the sandwitched but if I ever see that man I will go someplace instead but he clearly hates his iob...

My sleeve got caught on a rack, dropped my phone, had to put it back together in order to pull up my son's order. He acted as though I was holding up the line. I just asked him to make my sandwich while my phone started up again. I should have been the one ticked off...phone shattered because of their rack. But I maintained because things happen.
