Dear Owner and Manager, Who is the owner and manager? All of the comments below are the same ones as my family and I have experienced more than 2 times. We wanted to give the resturant a chance. Poor customer service and poor attitude, hair in 2 of my family orders of chicken fingers which were 45 mins to make! Poor timing and cooking preservation for mai taining freshness until serving. All the food we ordered was COLD, Dry. Also many of us have the opinion and same question as to why in Heaven's name do you nickel and dime patrons for more sauce. Maybe it's because people need it to disguise dryness and overcooked and overly breaded chicken. Just train the staff to dole out what the customers needs per order. Please train the chef!!! Need lots of staff training for health and safety of food being cold and dry and soggy and overly breaded and freshness being maintained for quality because it sits too long!!! Hair nets or hair pulled back plus hair nets and sterile gloves so hair doesn't wind up in food!!! My take out food has also been spilled all over the bag! Regarding quality of food: It is so Soggy and Dry, Overbreaded and Overcooked that I can't tell if I like it or if not. It's so fry it needs the extra sauce to be patitable. Seriously.... at least you can count CONSISTENCY EVERY SINGLE TIME NO MATTER WHAT CHICK FIL-ET RESTAURANT IN WHAT STATE YOU GO TO!!! CONSISTENCY of the •light breading at Chick-Fil-et •not being soggy and •NEVER EVER OVER COOKED OR DRY...EVER! Your competition also has a great box idea for containing the food and condiment in place while driving. A place for sauce not to spill. I would figure out how Not to charge for an extra sauce or make your Chicken so much better you don't even need sauce!!! Truly, I don't really need much or any sauce with Chick-Fil-et because it is so moist and tender on the inside and light great tasting breading on the outside. We are all just trying to help. I would love to love both restaurants! You are There's room for everyone, but listen to your customers and fix it! I am co-owner of a bed and breakfast and this stuff people are listing is unacceptable! The staff had sour faces and were goofing off with dirty tables and chattering amongst themselves while ignoring patrons all while food is sometimes served with hair in it, cooking too long (Dry) and or waiting too long to get out to the customer (Cold)(Soggy). Temperatures not in keeping with standards etc. What's up with the sticky floor? My son kept testing the floor and moving his shoes because it made noise. Not very appetizing! I URGE YOU TO PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS AND LISTEN AND ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM OR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL!!! SEEMS LIKE THE SAME COMPLAINTS FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS!!! ~Best...

Read moreService here is really good, at least it's always been good when my wife and I come here. We are always greeted the moment we walk in and we are always checked on by both a member of the crew and a manager as well. The food is outstanding also. On this particular visit my wife had the fried chicken salad with honey mustard dressing and I had the Kickin Chicken Sandwich with tater chips, which are homemade potato chips. The salad is a large salad so if you're hungry you will leave very satisfied and the sandwich is on Texas toast with three of their chicken tenders in the middle with SOME of their hot sauce. For me it's never enough and I have to always ask for more, which on the downside is an extra $0.25. The hot sauce has a good flavor but to me is not very hot even though they suggest it's called tongue torture I think. Overall, the food is excellent and would recommend this place to anyone looking for good fried chicken tenders and...
