The worst employee for breakfast on Monday 3/25/24. He was wearing a gator over his face and had large earbuds in both ears. Which I asked him to take out when I could tell he wasn't hearing me (I gave grace in case they were hearing aides). He did not listen when I said that's enough while he was adding entirely too many potatoes. He didn't care that he dumped egg water and pico de Gallo water on the burrito 🌯 making it soggy. THEN, I ordered a small drink, and the lids they had didn't fit the cups. When I went to get a large cup so I could have a lid (I literally dumped my small into a large, I didn't get more or even get upset), but when I told this white guy behind the counter, he said, "It's probably because you're bending the cup." Then he just walked away. No apologies and generally disrespectful. The entire time I was there, two guys in the back were speaking loudly in Spanish and had a phone call on speaker phone to boot. I will never come back for breakfast at this location. I love QDOBA breakfast, but these people are obviously just there for a paycheck. Original Review: Poorly managed. Inconsistent employees. I'm a huge Qdoba fan and have been going consistently for probably a decade now... it's one of my favorite restaurants. I've actually been to this location alot but not within the past year. I came to this location about 30 minutes before they close and was disappointed by my experience. They were out of alot of things: lettuce, fajita vegetables, quesadillas, onions and probably more but I was only concerned about the veggies tbh. I think it's no bueno to be out of everything even though you're within the hour of closing. That shows either poor ordering or procedures by management. Also, the employees seem to be inconsistently trained. The guy who made my bowl seemed like he had never held a serving spoon before. He gave us about 70% of a spoonful which was especially irritating when it comes to the meat portion, while the guy who ordered before me got a heaping 110% of a spoonful for his burritos. We almost had an issue similar to my previous issue below, but with new management and a very attentive manager, we had a great experience.
We called the night before to check about ordering a double family meal to be picked up relatively early. Rachel said she would leave a print out of the order for the morning manager.
When we arrived, Rachel was actually there and explained the food was ready, but the order was gone from the system. We noticed that an email had come in on our drive over stating it was cancelled. Rachel handled it no issues. We are so grateful for her being proactive in getting the food ready for us and handling the system glitch.
