Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Indio

We have three drink orders and one Avacado waffle. She massed up two orders. She has one ear with headphone. Another ear took order. She failed the Avacado order by not checking if there is enough Avacado and we felt forced into a half Avacado and a half strawberry waffle. I asked to have one apple instead of two apples in my Green Apple Detox. I guess I did not make clear that I want to keep the other apple separate for later. She never clarified what my order was and just denied the other apple to be given to me due to policy. She could have helped me to better prepare for these two disappointed order by informing us in advanced or offer substitute for my Apple! I guess it does not help listening to customer while another ear is with headphone! I definitely do not feel I had an experience which I felt...

This was my first time I walked in to this juice bar and as soon as I walked in the employee said there would be a wait, because she had about 6 bowls to do. I told her I can wait, she was taking her time and meanwhile, I look at the juices they have in front ready to go, and decided to take one instead of just waiting. I asked the employee if she can just charge me for the juice and she asked if it was cash or card and I said cash. Employee said to wait because she would have to take off her gloves to charge me. It would have not taken more than a minute to charge me and later can get another pair of new gloves. I left the juice back in its place and walked out. Don’t go here. Came into this location with just one person waiting in line, waited for about 20 minutes and not one single worker took anybody’s order, nor did they even say anything to us. Finally the line started to grow and an additional 10 people came behind me in line and all the workers did was continue to make their online orders. Finally after another 10 minutes I finally got my order taken. Then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to make 1 smoothie. Spent damn near in hour in here when there was one person ahead of me when I walked in… never...
