Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indio

10-27-19 about 5:10pm. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I go through the drive through and place my order. I order a Baja blast and and a 5 dollar box, I substitute the cinnamon twists for chips and cheese. They ask if the order is correct on screen and it is, I get up to the window and the girl at the window just says the total, nothing else. I give her my card and she quickly closes the window. Mind you, there was one person behind me and maybe 2 people in the store so it's not busy at all. She opens the window and hands me a regular mountain dew, again no words. I tell her i asked for a Baja blast and she says nothing and closes the window looking rushed and irritated, the then unenthusiasticly hands me a Baja blast, closes window, hands me my card as fast as possible, hands me the box, and slams window shut. I've never seen someone so unenthusiastic and rude at a fast food restaurant. Will not be going here again. I get home and the chips and cheese were not in the box and still had cinnamon...

Went through the drive through and asked for 12 fire sauce, we ordered a burrito supreme and three soft tacos and a bean burrito.,. I was told I could only have 4 fire sauces. And I had to beg for 2 additional sauces. And there were no napkins at all in the bag. The said it was a corporate policy to only give 4 sauces per customer, per car. I knew it was a not the truth because i use to eat at Taco Bell at at least 4 times a week. And the tacos had almost nothing in them. And people working there were very rude and disconcerting. When I told them I would be calling the corporation, they act like they didn’t care at all. So If this is a corporation or company policy I will be giving my all business...

usually this place is fine. however today I stood at the counter waiting to be served and nothing. there wasn't a sign that said, "use kiosk". also I diont like the kiosk. it in the past has taken my money and didn't get my order. also the team that day could help me as there system was down. I had to come back. so today I waited. a guy then said he would be ight with me after the 2min mark as he took and completed a drive thru order. I mean what the heck. I waited more. still nothing. they just kept making orders and ignoring me. 5mins in I walked out. truly bad management of customers. I would have understood there busy had that at least made the effort to agnolage the waiting...
