We visit DonorG regularly with our family, about once a week. We really enjoy the food — the wraps are delicious and overall the menu is great. However, I would like to point out a serious issue with the service. Our orders are constantly missing items: sometimes fries are forgotten, sometimes we get two portions instead of three. Last time, we were missing half of our order — one wrap and three portions of fries.

On top of that, the food is just tossed into the bag and handed over with a “that’s it, here you go,” and only later at home do you realize that items are missing. This is not a one-time mistake — for the past four visits in a row something was missing from our order. We have to double-check everything ourselves and remind the staff, which is very frustrating.

It’s especially disappointing because we are loyal, regular customers. I hope the management pays attention to this issue. We would like to keep coming to DonorG, but these systematic mistakes in service are very...

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years at their previous location and always had a great experience. I was genuinely excited when the new branch opened closer to my home , but unfortunately, it’s been a huge disappointment.

The staff taking orders were rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained to handle customers properly. I was overcharged for simple things like sauce, and even for asking to separate the salad from my son’s meal , something I’ve never had a problem with before. They didn’t have high chair for kids, and the whole experience felt chaotic and careless.

It’s really upsetting to see a business I once trusted be run so poorly. I hope management seriously addresses...

I recently visited DonerG, and I couldn’t be more happier with my experience. The food was incredible. The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The fresh ingredients and delicious sauces took everything to the next level.

On top of that, the service was fantastic. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick meal or dining in with friends, DonerG is a must try.

I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend DonerG to anyone looking for amazing Mediterranean food!
