Fresh Brothers Pizza Irvine Market Place — Restaurant in Irvine

I’m very disappointed with my visit to Fresh Brothers, I’m going to start by saying that I found fresh brothers on IG and saw that their heart shape pizza was very popular and I instantly wanted to try it. One of the first things I didn’t like about the service was the fact that they didn’t have fountain drinks, cups or ice available, that basically left me without no choice but to buy some cans of cokes that I couldn’t even enjoy in a cup with ice. Last but no least, when I opened my heart shape pizza it wasn’t cut into slices or had any pizza cutter for me to cut it, I had to go back and ask if I needed to cut it and that’s when the cashier said that I needed to do it with a knife but another cashier immediately said that they could give me a pizza cutter, they should have given me the pizza cutter since I ordered and that should have being explained to me so I knew what to expect.

I don’t typically post reviews but the experience I had tonight deserves one. We had a family birthday party tonight so I decided to order dinner from one of our favorite pizza places, Fresh Brothers. We received our order by delivery and after checking our order one of our salads wasn’t made correctly. I called the store and told them my order was wrong. I was presently surprised that the manager offered to redeliver my salad on the fly and send me a credit for my inconvenience. I was shocked! I hung up the phone and told my whole family about the amazing customer service and great recovery to make things right the manager provided. Ten minutes later a friendly delivery driver showed up with our salad. Again he apologized and was so kind!! This is why THIS store deserves 5 stars!! I have a stomach condition and can only eat certain foods, I was so excited to have the gluten free crust and vegan cheese. I dont expect the pizza to be perfect but I at least expect it to be fully cooked and the cheese as the base not in short like toppings. Been to this Fresh Bros a few times now and usually I ask for crispy pizza since I enjoy crispy. Usually there is 3-4 people working but this time there was 6 on shift and no customers in the lobby. I don't know why the pizza was undercooked and made incorrectly this time and made well othertimes. Maybe they are short on training properly. Just Ridiculous.
