This place thinks it is fooling people because it is red now instead of green (green was better by the way) but it is still the same old style for the past 40 years which is about how long this one has been here. Upon entering I will say this location was clean but still dated. We decided to eat there and found the seating area clean and well maintained. We both had the double CFS, with two vegetables. The meals were value-wise as to be expected. All was up to par with what you would expect from Grandys, quite tasty and fresh. My issue is with the dinner rolls. When we used to eat in the dining room you received unlimited rolls and as a matter of fact they had someone come around and asked if you wanted more rolls. That went to just getting how many you wanted from the counter to now you get ONE roll like you do in the drive thru. That is compounded by charging a REDICULOUS .99 cents per tiny roll or 4.99 for ½ dozen. HEY GRANDYS, I can stop at any Spring Creek BBQ and get unlimited rolls on site that are still brought to me for free, and I can order a half dozen to go for a whopping $3.00 that are TWICE as big as the rolls from you guys. They gave me a dried drum stick asked for my money back, Csshirr asked what’s wrong with it wasn’t what I wanted , then the manger came along with a nasty attitude asked what was wrong? She didn’t see the problem the hgoyarguememtibe she didn’t know how to refund. Followed her ride managers lead. Manager was arguememtive and rude she didn’t thin anything was wrong with serving it. the drive thru windowaaway. I waited for at least 20 to 25 minutes. She finally came zsje shut the window she and the cask Orr walked didn’t come back until she heard me speaking to someone reporting after me calling another location to complain about the service and refusing refund,After her nasty behavior came to the window and stated I had the attitude!!! Nope I know when she refused to give me my money and said we don’t have a cook!!! She did refund after all this drama ! If paying money for a product I want my moneys worth, the Manager needs to be fit! They don't care about pleasing a customer or making them happy it's all about making money and getting you out of there. The only reason why I went there is because my mother is bedridden and she needs the mashed potatoes and gravy but I will no longer get them from there I will go to Kentucky fried Chicken or any place else. Mashed potatoes with spilling all over the place in the bag that they gave me. I had to circle back around for a cinnamon roll because they forgot it. And no sorry you had to drive back and pick it up that we dropped the ball I even asked if I could get a roll for my troubles and they said no sorry.
