Jamba — Restaurant in Irving

My first time trying this place and It was very unpleasant!! I am diabetic, so the first thing I always look for in a place is for the nutrition facts display; They don't have any visible, so I asked the cashier (young guy) and he said they didn't have any available, and he asked me "what do you want to know" I told him I'm DIABETIC, and I needed to know if there was any sugar in the "Apple 'n Greens" Smoothie; HE STATED to me that there was NO SUGAR in it, just the one from the natural fruits. I guess i was my mistake to trust him, but hey he works there, he should be trained properly right? Well, after I drank my smoothie I started to feel sick, like my sugar was high, so I checked my glucose levels and confirmed my glucose levels were up to the roof, i DIDN'T EAT ANYTHING DIFFERENT FROM MY DIET that could cause that, besides the Jamba Juice smoothie!! So I went online and check the nutrition facts of my smoothie that I got at this location and guess what? IT HAD 78 GRAMS OF SUGAR!! I was so mad at myself for not checking this before drinking it, but hey I asked the store employee an assured me there was NO SUGAR in it!! Just a wake up call to this company, please train your employees better!! I don't want anyone else to get sick because a wrong information from one of your untrained employees!! NEVER back...

I had such a wonderful experience at this Jamba Juice location! I didn’t catch her name, but the girl at the front counter was absolutely amazing — so kind, cheerful, and full of positive energy. Her warm attitude and friendly service genuinely made my entire day. It’s rare to come across someone who brings such a bright, welcoming vibe, and it really stood out.

As for the smoothies — they were, of course, delicious! I’ve always loved Jamba Juice for their fresh, flavorful blends, and this visit did not disappoint. My order was prepared quickly and with care, and the ingredients tasted fresh and perfectly balanced. Whether you’re grabbing a post-workout boost or just treating yourself to something refreshing, you can’t go wrong here.

The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff take pride in maintaining both the space and the quality of their service.

This has nothing to do with the gentleman that is working today. At all, I just want to clear that up. He's the only person there working today. And everybody has called out and he called everyone. While waiting, because it was a long wait and it was only him and he still had to do online orders. He called his boss his district manager and the area manager and could not get help. He had to stop the online orders. So that he could catch up, he's been asking for help in not receiving any response for help. So if you have an order today, you may have to wait and the store may be closed.Because he cannot do it all by himself. What kind of management manage this establishment that they're not willing to assist an employee who's practically...
