First they took my computer and charged me for my services. Then went to pick after I got the text ready for pick up. So I go there and they tell me we were able to repair because we don’t have the battery for this computer. So spent money to buy battery on line and then took it there. They were not able to put the battery because the computer kept messaging no battery in the computer. So they said” we don’t what the problem is so we are shipping it to another location. So today got the text saying your computer is ready for pick up and it is repaired and ready for use. When I went to pick up they say” sorry it is the mother board problem.
