The pupusas were pretty tasty and the seafood soup was deliciously authentic. There's no better way to satisfy your thirst on a hot day than an ice cold cup of Horchata or "un fresco de tamarindo." I love the atmosphere here, I love the food but I feel like the pupusas were a little bit on the over priced side though not by much more than 15 cents or so. The seafood soup though I feel makes up for the pupusa price; the variety and amount of seafood you get is a lot of bang for your buck and I often share mine because it's a big bowl. I understand that this is a restaurant that offers the atmosphere, food and customs from El Salvador and that there are cultural differences between this restaurant and a Mexican restaurant I.E. "No chips and salsa." The wait time is a little long but again the quality of the food more than makes up for the wait as I've never received a cold plate of food. People don't usually take the time to write a review about a positive experience only the bad ones. This restaurant is a gem that makes the city of Irving shine just that much more. In the age of fast food it's nice to be able to go to a place where you can sit, take in the atmosphere, have a pleasant conversation and Savor a wonderful meal prepared with care and...

Okay so I came here to eat. WORST decision EVER!. They told us our total and told us that the TIP is NOT included in the BILL. They straight up LIED to our faces!. When we left, we checked the receipt and the TIP WAS DEFINITELY INCLUDED! . These people are liars and are trying to take advantage of their costumers! I want people to KNOW that the TIP IS INCLUDED and don't fall for their lies!. They will straight up lie to you so you can leave a tip on the table AND make you pay an extra 18% tip!. The server was not even good!. Will definitely not be coming back to this place!

The music is too loud, as a family we cannot listen each other.

I asked if they can turn down a little bit the music and the women said that the boss is in control about that, I asked where is the boss and she said he is at home, said the music is controlling from home and I said but my family and I cannot talk , this is the last time that we will come here and the women had an attitude saying "I don't care". 😠

Omg! Really? We are not a stupid people, every restaurant has a control of their music system in their own place.

After that, I asked for the same to the waitress and she said that the control is in the office and the office is locked, so who's lying? That is absolutely unacceptable, never again in this place, if they don't respect their customers, I don't need to buy food here and my family and friends neither.

I will pass the voice to everybody else since this place don't respect their costumers. They are like that with women but with men they are very friendly, flirty and talkative.

La música está muy alta, como familia no podemos escucharnos unos a otros.

Pregunté si podían bajar un poco la música y las mujeres dijeron que el jefe tiene el control sobre eso, pregunté quién era el jefe y ella dijo que estaba en casa, dijo que la música estaba controlando desde casa 😠 y dije pero mi familia y yo no podemos hablar, esta es la última vez que vamos aquí y la mujer tomó la actitud diciendo que no me importa.

¡Dios mío! ¿En serio? No somos gente estúpida, cada restaurante tiene un control de su sistema de música en su propio lugar.

Después de eso, le pedí lo mismo a la mesera y me dijo que el control está en la oficina y que la oficina está cerrada, entonces, ¿quién miente? Eso es absolutamente inaceptable, nunca más en este lugar, si no respetan a sus clientes, no necesito comprar comida aquí y mi familia y amigos tampoco.
