I’m trying to understand how this subway is still open they have the worst customer service. The management is rude. That lady Maria at the front does not need to be working at the subway. I ordered on Uber Eats a simple turkey sandwich. They messed up my whole order they gave me hard/toasted bread they gave me two strands of spinach. Like come on Is it extra to put on vegetables on the sandwich it’s ridiculous. I definitely should’ve looked at the reviews before I ordered from the subway, but I didn’t think a subway could be so bad like everybody needs to be FIRED. The whole team needs to be FIRED and they need to go under new management either that or close the subway because if you want a simple healthy, nice sandwich with good customer service this is definitely not the subway to go to. I had to Uber after calling to complain about the sandwich and being disrespected over the phone to explain to her that they MESSED UP my sandwich I spoke to Maria. I don’t know if she’s the manager. She is the rudest lady in the building very disrespectful and I explained to her that this is costing me money and time and I would have to pay to come back up there to get my sandwich made correctly since they made it incorrectly and she says OK. Well you better get here before 3 o’clock because if not, you’re gonna have to wait until Tomorrow! how dare you lady how dare you Who trained you how to be a manager who trained you how to give respect like it’s not there and then when I get there and give her back the sandwich that was just terrible that nobody in this world would eat she has the audacity to go through and open the sandwich and look through to see if anything was missing if it was wrong inspected it wasting my time like Lady, I wouldn’t waste my time and money coming back up here if the sandwich was right and at the end of the day I’m not eating that hard sandwich that didn’t have what I asked for and I’m having to come back up here to deal with this. Read moreThis is location I would not recommend. I’m a frequent customer and every time I come into the store. Last night I came in on my phone in which I’m allowed to be. I pointed to the picture on the wall which was a Tuna sandwich. The employee states Monday special is the tuna. I said thank you BUT I still would like the tuna. She then makes the wrong sandwich. I nicely said I told you tuna. She says “well now I gotta pay for this!” I said I apologize maybe you misheard me. I again say “No I wanted the footlong tuna.” She keeps talking about me to her coworker in Spanish. In which I understand Spanish but I just let it go. After five minutes she starts making my sandwich and yet again makes the wrong sandwich! Then tried to blame me for being on my phone because she wasn’t listening. As she was speaking to me rudely! I responded “stop yelling at me. You made the wrong sandwich again. And I just told you what I wanted. “ I told her you are wrong just say sorry and move along. Now because she messed up she calls the police on me! I started to stay but I was advised just to leave. When I came in she was complaining about her job. Read moreI had ordered two foot-long‘s through the subway app and two churros when it had arrived they are partnered with DoorDash to have their food delivered, which is perfectly fine. However, when they had arrived, I only received the two sandwiches which was OK because I understand that people make mistakes so I gave the story call and was put on hold for about 10 minutes for them to tell me to try to request a refund through the DoorDash app. I had tried to explain that I have no access to the DoorDash app because I had put the order in through their app, this was followed up with well, there’s nothing that we can do. And decided to kind of put the blame on the customer because of their mistake and told me to call DoorDash, even though I have no way of doing so because they use DoorDash as a partner app and on the SUBWAY® app, there is no option to request a refund or complain. The only option you have is to contact the store. Warning to anybody putting a delivery order in just maybe go get it yourself.
