Horrible experience..... Food may be okay. But I have ordered one Mocktail drink and I saw Cockroach in it. I found after completing half of the drink and they were telling it was in ice cube which they have got it from outside. I was so scared at that time and never experienced this kind of issues ever So, I have requested them to give me a letter that, if something happens they are responsible. But they didn't agree to give anything like that. I do have tried to call the Owner so many times, but he was not at all responding and never picked my calls. I wanted to file a complaint, but they have requested so many times to not do that that will case so many problems to them. And then I decided to leave the store... And one other customer was asking what has happened and I started explaining... the issue. And one of the waiters has come to me and spoke very seriously that I shouldn't be talking about this matter to any one and they are okay to call the police even. Only one gentleman Sardarji, was talking to me nicely and try to manage. I have been served with worst food/Drinks and worst manners by the Waiter. I really don't want to go to this place ever. And if you are going there... be care full...
Read moreI recently ordered Chicken Biryani for takeout from Paradise Express on 7Feb2025, for dinner(6:30pm) and I have to say, it was an absolute letdown. As someone who loves biryani, I was excited to try their version, but what I received was far from enjoyable—it was downright disappointing.
First, the rice was soggy and clumped together, completely lacking the light, fragrant, and fluffy texture that defines a good biryani. The chicken was dry, rubbery, and tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. The spices were either missing or completely unbalanced. Biryani is supposed to be a burst of aromatic flavors, but this tasted bland and one-dimensional. It felt like they skimped on the essential ingredients that make biryani so special. Even the color of the dish was off—it looked pale and unappetizing, not the vibrant, inviting dish I was expecting.
Overall, this Chicken Biryani from Paradise Express was a complete miss. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying or authentic biryani experience. Save your money and try somewhere else this was a waste of both time...
Read moreTrying to find this place was a little hard for me seeing as there wasn't a big neon sign saying "Paradise Express" I then decided to walk forward and found out that the two places were merged of sorts, a restaurant called Cajun grill was merged with this place, coming to the atmosphere, the atmosphere was dull, almost like I was near a dock, the Indian music that played did not go well with the atmosphere, I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try, I ordered the special fry chicken biryani with a high spice level, I hope it goes well, other than that the service was not satisfactory considering how the people that work the register did not know their own menu and they had not specified the timing for some of the food options they had on their menu for example, the snack stuff. The food took an average of 20 minutes to arrive which was a bit of a wait. There were also two kinds of music playing, a song for the Indian restaurant side and a song for the Cajun grill, it was very off. I've added photos that show the two sides and how...
