Terrible 45 minute wait for 2 20oz smoothies attempting curbside. Was my first time at this location, so I didn't know there wouldn't be a drive thru. I saw they offered curbside so I attempted to use the option since I have covid with a terrible cough. I didn't want to enter the premises because my mask tore. I tried to call and speak to someone, ended up on an 18 minute hold before finally hanging up. Since no one bothered to check the phone, it just rang busy when I tried again 5 minutes later. Finally, I decided to flag down a customer who just exited. I explained my situation, and asked if she would inform the staff. Despite it already being passed my promised time, the kind woman informed me they just got started on my order. Said, someone with pink hair would bring it right out. After an additional 20 minute wait, all customers had left and they were just standing there talking. Still unable to reach the staff by phone, I asked another kind stranger for assistance. He actually was nice enough to bring me my order. Solid food is hard for me to eat, so I thought a smoothie would be great to get something down as well as sooth my very sore throat. I placed my order through the app 15 minutes before arriving at the store for pickup. When I got there, no one was at the front. After about a minute, someone finally came out, opened the fridge, and my order wasn’t there. They checked one computer, then another, and finally told me that something wasn’t working and that I had to wait a few minutes for them to make my smoothie.
The wait wasn’t too long, but the worst part? My smoothie tasted like nothing—just pure ice!
And honestly, why do they ask for a tip when placing an order? A tip should be given after receiving the order and experiencing the service, not before! I have no problem leaving a tip, but only after I’ve actually received good service. I hope they take this into consideration because I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.

Waited in line while the lone employee took down each order, then went and made it herself before washing the blender and taking the next order. By 12:52, I made it to the front of the line (of three people).
The employee found and made my order, but left out enough ingredients that what would normally be a deep purple colored smoothie was instead a pale tan color barely darker than the styrofoam cup. And because it didn't have all the ingredients, she blended it the first time, started to pour it into the cup, realized it wasn't going to fill it, diluted it by adding two more scoops of ice, and blended it again.
So the smoothie I got was very watered down, missing key ingredients, flavorless, and twenty minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Because I was already running late by that point and honestly don't think I had a way to cancel the online order at that point, I just took...
