I called they say the calls are recorded I talk to one African American lady who was saying she is the manager I explained to her that when we ordered a pizza the other day it was raining and our pizza was sat outside and it was wet and cold we called to let them know they gave us a credit we called back today to order a pizza and they gave us a bar b que pizza and ms Patricia was very helpful but I’m mad cause the African American lady that claim she was the manager while explaining my situation she tells saying so what you want me to do about it and I asked what u mean I got the wrong pizza and it’s cold I wanted to see if u can make it correctly she going to say oh we not bringing you another pizza you can talk to my manager in the morning then she pretended to hang up in my face but sat the phone down cause I heard them in the background then as I’m talking to my dad she says ok now what you trying to do and I say oh so you didn’t hang up and I said hold on dad record this so when I talk to her boss they will hear how she’s talking to us after that she disconnects the call I then called back and spoke with a guy and he asked if I can tell him what’s going on and maybe he can help but as I’m talking ms Patricia hears it then I explain to her and she explains about the different pizzas but we always tell them what we want with no problem and she says she’s goin to stay on the phone and personally fix it to make sure it’s right then have it dispatched out to us and I said thank you and I said I appreciate you helping but do y’all have a district manager number I can talk to cause this is crazy she says I can assure you they already going to know cause the calls are being recorded and to me no that’s not good enough cause you don’t talk to nobody like they are a child that’s disrespectful I was disrespected and I will go to the ceo if needed but I need to talk to sombody asap...
Read morePlease be more decisive and transparent about the rules regarding curbside orders and in-store pickup. I placed an order online for curbside. As I was going through the process, I was provided an option to pay with cash. The order went through with a confirmation email sent to me with a provided link includes to indicate when I am in the parking lot. Once I arrived, I clicked this link. There was no action (no phone call, text, or email) on their part for about 10 minutes. I decided to call thinking they may have been busy only for them to tell me that curbside orders have to be paid in advance before they can bring me my food. Therefore, I had to go inside the store.
Issue number 1: the order should not have been completed or I should have been blocked from completion if this was the case
Issue number 2: they could have called me to let me know but they were silent until I had to call them. I wasted time. That is not professional.
Issue number 3: no apologies or middle ground; attitude only.

Read moreToday is the second time that I have ordered from here. The first time they severely screwed up, i blamed the awful weather. I ordered on the app today and got a large pan pizza, Dr. Pepper, and some sauce. Told me it would be about 50 minutes. It is about an hour and a half later, I've called 8 times, they aren't answering. The phone just rings and rings and then it goes to a busy signal or hangs up on you. It shows on the tracker that they haven't even begun making my order. Also, i got a phone call from an unknown number from what sounded like my daughter, saying that they are out of pan pizza. So i went ahead and said just make it hand tossed. If my pizza is cold when it gets here I'm going to be pretty livid. This location is THE WORST store to order from. If you are dying for pizza hut get in your car and drive to the next closest location. It'll be worth it. I can't even get a hold of someone to just cancel the order.
