Dunkin' — Restaurant in Irvington

Terrible customer service. It’s always bad but this time I had to write this review. The woman at the counter finally made eye contact with me and asked what I wanted and I told her then she stared at me for a few seconds, rolled her eyes and looked down at the register then back at me and asked what it was I wanted again. When I repeated myself she again rolled her eyes then looked at the register so I turned around and made my boyfriend continue the transaction because I can’t deal with people who are ungrateful to have a job and can’t even do it with a smile. Dunkin, please hire a new staff and if you need a manager with excellent customer...

I would have given them 5 stars but there's only two ppl in there that deserve the 5 star rating. One girl, I haven't gotten her name, but she's always friendly, helpful, and attentive. She's usually there during the morning/early afternoon. The other one is an older woman that usually makes the food, she's very friendly and helpful, also. Not at first, but she has been very nice lately. (She might have just been having a bad day, the first day I met her, which I can understand.) Those are the only ones I would leave a tip for or commend for their service. Everyone else, can stay at home or find a job that doesn't involve Customer...

No good customer service. I ordered a specific item, they got it wrong and basically they said it was my fault. I told I was not going to go back and forth with them just make it again. They didn’t know how to process the one item that was missing so reluctantly they let it go. The woman said to me “next time don’t do that again” as if I was her child. I immediately go fired up and told her about herself and how she should treat a customer. She refused to give me her name but I will report that building. They are rude women who talk over the person in drive through so they can’t hear...
