Arby's — Restaurant in Irwin

Stopped in for lunch 1/22/23 about 2pm. Walked in to eat in their dining area. The restaurant was extremely slow, I was the only customer inside. I waited a few minutes before someone actually recognized they had a customer out front. Everyone was crowded in the back talking. I ordered a got my meal in a timely fashion. Though it was missing silverware, no biggie. I watched at most 3 vehicles go through the drive through as I was eating. After each customer everyone crowded to the back to talk.........this wouldn't be a big deal to me however the dining room was disgustingly dirty. Old food and paper on the floors. Bathroom disgusting........I can't help but think the management needs better training. I can't understand how a company thinks it's okay to pay employees to talk when the restaurant is that shape. The restaurant should have been spotless and floors mopped for how slow it was. Cleanliness is always bottom of everyone's list. When you have nothing to do but talk, it's the perfect opportunity to clean.....I know that's common sense but it's not the case here. Lead your employees by example......when the management just wants to talk you have this as a result. I wonder what the cook area looks like after seeing the dining...

I stopped at this store on Friday morning 9-9-16 at 12:40am...technically Thursday night, so I could take a few sandwiches with me for my overnight shift, I pulled in and the staff seen me come to the drive through. The lights were all shut off and a kid said they were closed, so I politely said ok thank you and pulled around to see on the sign they did not close till 1am. Being no other place in Irwin is open at this time this was the only place I could stop at. All I wanted was 4 Jr roast beef sandwiches with cheese, nothing else, wouldn't have even taken 5 minutes. Its false advertising if the staff wanted to close earlier than what the actual closing time is. Not...

On Novenber 5th 2018 my wife stopped by this Arbys and went through the drive thru and she got 2 Reuben sandwiches. We hadn't had anything else that day so we were hungry ,after we ate and watched some tv we went to bed around 11 pm and around 2 am I was awakened by sickness .I have never been that sick in my life. My wife was sick about 20 minutes after me. All day the 6th we had horrible vomiting, diarrhea, etc. It had to have been food poisoning.My wifes sickness lasted about 8 hours longer than mine. My wife called to Arbys to report so they could check food supply, etc., they seemed nonchalant about the ordeal.We have not went there since this...
