Dunkin' — Restaurant in Irwin

Always enjoy making a visit to the Irwin Dunkin' . Sweet girls with big smiles always at the drive-thru window. I was extra surprised today and I'm pretty sure I found my new best friend whoever filled my vanilla cream filled donut! Now that is how ya do it!

Review update 08/22/2024 For the most part every employee that I have come across has been mostly pleasant I understand people have bad days but they still try and put on a good face and do their best. This is my second encounter with someone that was not dressed like one of the other employees, almost like they were management of some kind. But I went in today to get a coffee and there was a woman who looked younger with a different shirt on than the rest of the crew and her hair in a bun or pulled up somehow. She definitely look like she ate a few lemons this morning and during my entire encounter there I felt bad for the staff that had that for an example. I know as an adult I'm not always the best role model but since this was my second time seeing this woman that had the same sour face I felt obligated to write an update. Hopefully that woman was just having a bad few days but when we are in leadership if that's what she is we have to do a better job of setting an example for others that are...

If I could give them less stars I would! Let me first syart by saying, my daughter and I always look forward to our thursday morning girls coffee dates before school. A few years ago I got diagnosed with POTS and a cardiac issue, I cant have caffine anymore, however I still enjoy the taste of it. Today we went through drive thru and I specifically asked for a decaffeinated iced, latte, they handed me a hot extra espresso shot latte.... I called them and said I specifically asked for decaffeinated that I would never ask for espresso and the GM argued that she heard extra espresso, that's not something id ever do bc I will have heart palpitations for it. When I came.back to get a new drink she was so incredibly rude and continuous argues with me. I did end uo getting a new drink but I think we will be choosing somewhere else to have our morning dates for now on. Staff is so rude in here and they were irritated that I even asked for them to remake it. Ive never been so disrespected in my lifem usually I love leaving good reviews but this out a bad taste in my mouth. I have to say of all the local Dunkin donuts. This one seems to be the most consistent for the drink I order. My go-to is the cold brew but other duncans alter their recipe and sometimes it's too strong, bold and bitter tasting. My only complaint about the Dunkin Irwin is if you order light ice and especially when the manager is working, all they do is give you less coffee in your drink. I do not want to pay for ice !!! Planning to stop going because the prices continue to rise for less of a product. Pre-covid they had refill mugs which always seemed to be the better deal. I imagine at this rate due to their increased profits, the refill mug will never return. Essentially it's all overpriced coffee drinks. I reduced to three stars mainly because I'm tired of receiving less coffee in my drink just because I don't want to pay $6 for A medium cup of ice and less coffee. I have found the staff to be extremely friendly but ironically not the manager/owner. She is very rude, unfriendly and primarily the one who puts less coffee in your drink as if it's cutting into her profits. Too much to fill your drink just because you don't want to pay for the ice.
