I was trying to find a different unit in this building and reluctantly stopped in to ask for directions. Attended the Tea Discovery class. Learned a lot about how & where tea is grown & processed and how that affects the flavor. It’s as complex as wine! The owner clearly knows & loves her topic. She presents the information clearly & with real appreciation so you can compare & contrast as you taste each type of tea.
