Came to order a blended drink. I believe it is one of their best sellers if not the best seller.
The blender is broken and we don’t have a back up. Been broken for awhile. I said no worries and thanked the attendant and pulled forward.
I then heard the guy behind me try to order a blended drink when he pulled up and he actually got mad.
I had pulled over to look up the closest Starbucks and overheard it.
He drove off and didn’t order anything and he had a carload of people. I didn’t order anything either and was going to order 3 drinks in total.
No backup blender at a coffee stand that has blended drinks as their most popular item. I used to bartend and we had a back up blender. They always break, even the heavy duty commercial ones.

Read moreI have been coming here for 2 years, and even now that I have moved I still come here due to the staff. Their staff are some of the friendliest, caring, amazing staff I have encountered anywhere. They do everything to ensure you feel as more than a customer but an actual person unlike many places. They care about you, and they always give some of the best conversations. Honestly, I always recommend people go here, and I bring my friends here all the time. And even if I have to drive an hour in traffic they make it worth it. I appreciate all of this great staff from Kat, David, Tia, Amanda, Raelynn, to especially their manager Ally who has formed an amazing team!

Read moreBad experience, the lady working at the issaquah location on Friday September 4th at 12:30pm was from the start rude inconsiderate and not helpful with full filling out order of 4 drinks we ordered, after we received the drinks that came without whip cream they should have otherwise came with made it feel like we were wrongfully asking to please add the whip it should have came with. If your too lazy to do your job and Not ask the customer if they do or do not want toppings the drinks mandatorily come with, be rude and blame the customer for your wrong doing you should not be doing this type of work.
