Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jackson Township

2nd time they forgot the chicken in our pasta. I was polite but they argued about there being chicken in it. Then sent a replacement with a few pieces of black chicken that was greasy and full of gristle. I took one bite and had to spit it out.I asked them to refund the chicken dish and told them why, I was argued that with about the chicken being fine because she made it herself. They agreed to the refund but also called back a second time to argue about their being chicken in the first one and this one not being gross and burnt chicken. What in the actual f domino's? I'll post pictures of the chicken in awhile. I told them that I didn't think arguing with me about it was appropriate or professional so then she hung up on me. I'm not rude nor picky. If it had been edible I'd have eaten it. I won't be paying for domino's ever again. It's not that they forgot it or sent me a black replacement and more that they are going to yell and argue with me, but agree to the refund and call right back to argue with me again and to argue for a second time.

Domino's is our go to pizza place. For the price and food they offer.

However, I do have a few issues.

*I use the 6.99 coupon for 2 or more items. One or more of my items depending on how many order end up @ 8.99. This last order I had 4 items on this coupon, two were 6.99 and 2 were 8.99. that is misleading especially when you are prompted to add more items at 6.99 each.

My biggest issue. When I order online I leave the tip then. It is added into my bill and paid for. When the delivery driver arrives they seem like they are waiting for something (tip) and are super rude when they realize you are not giving them more money. One in particular, completely ignored my son. He realized an adult that could tip him was not answering the door and totally ignored my son's hello, how are you and thank you. Not one word left his mouth. He has also been rude to me when I answer the door & I am not handing him cash.

I’m thoroughly frustrated with this domino’s location. The slowest service I’ve ever experienced. I understand completely that things have changed with Covid and staffing situation may be less than ideal but the amount of time it takes for a small delivery order is rediculous. I’ve ordered on a Friday night before, the app says 70 mins, understandable it’s a Friday no biggie. I waited 2 full hours for my 2 medium pizzas to arrive. I’ve ordered during lunch on a weekday for my employees and it took 30 mins longer than the “expected time”... now tonight on a Wednesday night. 50 to 60 mins for delivery and it’s going on 70 mins and my order still says “preping” on the app. Which has stayed the same for 30 minutes. I’m disappointed, I enjoy the taste of dominos but I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere to the many other options in Grove city. I highly advise other to...
