I wish there were negative numbers and enough time for me to explain how much this location sucks. Ok yes, I am a grown woman saying a place sucks because in the 5 yrs I've lived in Grove City I may have gotten my order right the first time and without changing what I ordered 3 times.
I know that sounds like an over simplification, but this is it. I'm done. I do realize that the issue isn't with the young man who was at the intercom, but there was no preparedness. The straw to break the camel's back..
It's 6:30 pm and I've had a long day, but I'm in the mood for chicken. I hesitate every time I bring it up, bit it's been months since we tried. I almost went to to avoid sitting in my car forever when they inevitably tell me it will be a wait for my food, but we soldered on.
I get to the ordering menu and wait. When the man finally asked what I'd like to order I asked a simple question because I realized the menu had been changed... " Do you still have grilled chicken?".
I can hear a half mile of a female in the background say what I think is "No" but instead he says " ugh, what?". So I asked again already changing my order in my head. Then I say " We'll have a 8 PC bucket, original" and he immediately starts talking so I know he didn't hear me. I repeat myself only to be told " We're out of original, is crispy ok?"
" What?!?!?!?! You don't have any original chicken?" There was no response only stammering.. then "what?"
So again I'm repeating myself, " You don't have any original chicken? Are you making more? "
The last words he said we're " Uh, let me, uh hold on my manager is going to talk to you"
No thanks! As I put my car in gear to drive off I just said "...
Read moreI usually don't complain about a thing but this whole experience sucked. I had a long day at work, getting ready to watch this Tyson fight. Been thinking about KFC Coleslaw all day. Go to this location on my way home. I dont go to a KFC unless theres traffic but they had it going on so I pulled up. I ordered a 4pc with coleslaw, a diet coke and a side of mashed potatoes. Girl at the window with the pimple patches all over her face doesnt say a word to me the 3 times we interact. Its whatever. Work sucks, I get it. Drive home. Open my box and the first thing i see is two sides of potatoes and NO COLESLAW. Heated at this point because the whole reason I went there isnt even in my order. Then I turn my attention to my 4 pc of chicken. Nah . My 3.2 pieces of chicken. The wing I can cover with my thumb. It looks like it belongs on those KFC Crocs! Double heated now. Took a bite of this chicken and I swear this chicken was alive when Mike went to prison. Lord they served me A CHICKEN MUMMY. Chicken so shriveled and dry I had to eat the biscuit for moisture. The potatoes were so old they had become one with the gravy. This for was for sure made hours ago.
And I'm sure everybody else there had the same experience, but I'm the only one fed up enough to say something. This is my one legit meal today and this is how you did me. For like $16+ bucks on top of it? This is how you act?! This why most KFCs stay empty. Employees as warm as their 6 hr old chicken. It takes a lot for me to even think about acting up but yall earned it. Hope you get the business...
Read morePlaced an online order and went through the drive through to pick it up. It said it was ready on the KFC app, and with only one car leaving the drive through when we arrived, I thought everything was good to pick up.
We pulled up and waited for someone to address us through the speaker, but several minutes passed before we were even greeted. Having already paid for it made leaving not much of an option.
When we were finally greeted and I let them know I was there to pick up an online order, they complained that I sat and waited for them to answer and that I should have came in instead of running up their timer. The attitude continued and I had to park and go in to pick up my order.
When I get inside I’m told they are making it and I wait another 7-10 minutes for them to make it. When I am finally given my food I am questioned about us having a drink like I am lying, and I had to point it out on the ticket before I was given a cup. I should have checked more carefully because I should have had two drinks but in my frustration I left with only one.
That level of service is unacceptable, regardless of the pressure they may be under to reduce their times. To have employees trying to chastise customers for interfering with their fraudulent order times speaks...
