Original Review June 2023: No longer have to go to kirkersville when I wanna satisfy my pyro needs... Woo!!

Don’t know what happened this year, but I am very frustrated with my experience this morning at Grove City Phantom. First off I am a Premiere customer, for those that don’t know this means as a premiere customer you get 50% off fireworks all year round. Last weekend I went to Kirkersville Phantom and purchased some smaller novelty items as well as some mortars. On the purchase form it showed premiere and I received 50% off on all fireworks there, no issue. Today, at Grove City Phantom they first rung me up as not premiere and charged me full price for everything, as well as didn’t allow me to stack the buy one get two free with my premiere discount- WHICH EVERYONE HAS ALWAYS DONE!! So I removed the buy one get two free items, without realizing they now were charging me full price for the rest of the items. It took until I got out to the car and was reading the receipt that I finally realized they charged me full price, so I had to go in to get a refund to get my 50% off.

Also I showed them my premiere catalog which they used the 50% off that to give me my 50% off, and then cut it out, even though this coupon is not a one time use. As a Premiere customer you should receive this discount without even having to FLASH the coupon/catalog at most places. I know Kirkersville automatically takes it off without needing it.

And then, the total was more than before the 50% off and I was shocked, but then they explained and showed me that on my first purchase the kid working had mistakenly not scanned multiple items. This was overall a pretty ridiculous experience and even though I made sure they fixed everything in the end, I still don’t recommend going to Grove City over Kirkersville. It made me distrust the workers and feel like I really have to triple check they do their job correctly, which Kirkersville does not. Kirkersville has better service, you can trust their workers, and they still have a very large store with every firework Phantom carries.

Management was professional after a huge mix up on coupons sent too me and buying the e gift card too get a deal I thought was good I even called too talk too someone about it seemed great so I bought the e gift card behold it was a huge mistake but after purchasing over 1200 worth of fireworks total was different math was wrong with about 400 hundred dallor differences after speaking too the manager and explaining I spoke too someone 2 days before coming explaining what I was told and could use the coupons for I thought I was in the clear nope manager explained everything very professional and fixed the pricing we greatly appreciated that and talk for a few minutes shanking hands and he plus the female we think supervisor was really professional and fixed the issue just a fyi pay attention very closely too the promotions slash coupons they say one thing but only cover a nother thing just ask for the manager phone call will safe alot of time on confusion on thing's but they fixed the problem we as a family can enjoy are celebrating of the 4th now with some cool fireworks thank you again Management team we...

This post is about the employees at the Grove City location. My daughter went in to the store to buy fireworks (not knowing that a person named Angel worked there that she has had issues with in the past where Angel was the one initiating the threats on text messages) so anyways my daughter picks out what she wanted goes pays for it and then a police officer comes in and escorts my daughter out. The officer gives her a trespassing warning due to the girl Angel calling the cops on her just because she was in the store. My daughter never said a word to Angel or nothing. Not sure how to handle this because it's not the company's fault but the ban is from the company. I did call the police dept and talked to the officer that gave the citation and he said nothing happened at the store it is just a future prevention decision from the store. Really aggravating that...
