Rally's — Restaurant in Jackson Township

While my family and I were in the dining room, another family came in. Now, I’ve had 18 years experience in food and beverage, so I have experience with all sorts of customers. Believe me when I say, these people were the absolute worst you can imagine. These people were like the stereotypical horrible customer you see in movies that you think don’t really exist in real life... Well, they do. It was two adults and a teenager. Because the entire staff was BUSY handling the drive thru of a restaurant that is primarily a DRIVE THRU, the father sat down in the dining room and started screaming for service (instead of just standing at the register like a normal person????) he then proceeded to scream his order at the cashier from the dining room, while the teenaged daughter ran her mouth and the mother looked embarrassed. He then screamed profanity and threats about how “nobody better spit in his food” even though not a soul in this restaurant had been rude to him or given ANY reason to believe they’d do that!!! I have to say, I was BLOWN AWAY by the grace and level headedness the young people working today demonstrated with being treated this way. Nobody lost their cool. They would’ve been well within their rights to not serve this idiot, yet they chose to not lower themselves into a confrontation. My husband and I were not comfortable leaving them there with these horrible people until more eat in customers had arrived. Please commend this staff for great attitudes...

We walked in and said how are you and the chick just stared at us and then finally said we’re shutting the lounge area soon so you can’t eat here. We said we were just ordering and leaving and asked why they’re closing the the lounge area. She stated it was just her and one other girl. So we put in our order we both asked for 2 rally burgers with cheese so 4 burgers total, we even asked why it was up charged and she said you wanted cheese so I charged you for it. So we paid and get our food and when we got home there was no cheese on any of the burgers and there was a bunch of pickles on one of my burgers and barely any on the other. The meat on the burgers were dry and looked old and there was a piece of what looks like burger skin hanging out of the side of my burger. Also when we paid for the food she took my money to the back and made the other girl working there who was making food hand us our change us with her gloves on. We never saw that girl again, the girl making our food handed to us and took the order of the person behind us, this is definitely not the first time something like this has happened at this restaurant with us or with anyone they’re food is dry and they’re employees definitely don’t do they’re jobs well in the slightest, they’re rude and if they’re not they make ur food wrong 😑 quite...

After drinking a fountain drink today @ my Drs office while waiting to be called . When all the cola was gone. And only the melted ice and a little water left in bottom of the cup. I was talking to another patient .And took a drink of the half melted ice cubes to take my medicine.And omg there was bugs floating, hair , and bug legs in the cup of melted ice. Omg i ran into nurses station showed them and my Dr. He advised me to go to the restroom and try to make myself empty my stomach. When finished at Drs i went bk to Rallys ask for mgr she came out said .I AM THE MGR.!!! I showed her the inside of my cup. She immediately went and a man came out. AND SAID HE IS THE MGR ALSO!!!!! I showed him he acted like it was no big deal. Said I'm sorry. I Said your sorry !!!!! omg I'm calling the health Dept before other folks eat or drink here and think they've just got the flu. And it's because of the filthy soda machine. I will never eat or drink from there ever.I hope and pray to God i don't get sick over this .If i do they will know about it cause Im Contacting channel 6 news !!!! AS Well as I've contacted FRANKLIN COUNTY HEALTH DEPT TODAY!!! AND FRANKLIN COUNTY restaurant inspectors!!!! I've attached a picture of there cup and the objects floating in the cup bugs, human hair and little legs off the bugs....
