Went through the drive thur at Tim Horton’s at 2111 Stringtown Road Grove City Ohio 43123 at 12:15pm on January 18th, 2022 and placed an order for our family. The lady that had taken my order was so rude. I ordered 2 bacon, egg, cheese croissants, 1 ham and swiss combo with lemonade, 1 large coffee, 7 classic special donuts and the total was $27.45. We drove up to the drive thur window paid with my debit card.she handed the card back to me the lady turn around handed me 1 bag along with my lemonade and 1 large coffee. I proceeded to say thank you and she turned around and we thought she was done for she never once said please wait your orders not done. When I came home we noticed not donuts in the bag and both croissants were burnt on the outside and they had a bitter taste from the burnt croissant. I tried calling for 15 minutes before someone answered and again was spoken to rudely so I asked for a supervisor or manager and she went on like it was our fault and she spoke to my sister like she had no responsibility and was very rude as her staff was. I tried to call the corporate office and the number is no longer in service so this is very convenient. My sister told the assistant manager she worked in customer service and that she would never speak to a customer the way she was spoken too. The manager turned it on my sister and said she was rude to her and then hung up on us. This is not the first time they have forgotten half the order and we have over looked it but when it is $25.00 here and $30.00 there a long with horrible service and cannot get the orders right there is a problem. I hope someday they will open the corporate office up so they can improve on the customer service and the food...

I don’t know why I continue to torture myself by frequenting this restaurant. I love TH coffee but there is no product consistency when it comes to the amount of cream requested; I ask for three and it’s hit or miss as to whether or not it comes close. Today, when I took the lid off after exiting the drive-thru line, I discovered it was black - by no means, not the first time. No one at this location knows how to use the Tim Hortons’ phone app - they can’t load “cash” - and no one seems to care to learn how to facilitate this. I’ve reached out to management, both locally and through TH HQ, but nothing ever changes. Occasionally, I do frequent the TH location on Dublin Rd. in Grandview; the experience is like night and day. My order is always correct and they can even load my TH app using cash! The TH in GC needs major help; it’s so poorly managed and the franchisee and corporate headquarters don’t seem to care. I’ve reached out so many times, yet nothing changes. POST REVIEW: TH reached out, via email and had me write another description of my concern. I included the word, damn, as in, “Nobody seems to give a damn.” TH closed my “ticket” concern because I used profanity. That’s how much TH corporate cares about improving their products...
Read moreI have been coming to this Tim hortons faithfully for 2 years every Saturday and every Sunday I usually get the same thing and don't really pay attention to the price yesterday I bought 2 bacon and cheese croissants in a medium French vanilla kappa Chino with whipped topping paid $6.57 today Sunday I go and I order the exact same thing and I have to pay $8.08. When I brought this up to the cashiers in the drive-through she was extremely rude and told me how she wasn't gonna charge me the same thing as she charged me yesterday. Luckily I checked my food because she rang me up for a bacon egg and cheese sandwiches I did not ask for that Had to go back in For the sandwich maker to fix it neither cashier or manager on duty bother to speak to me about it he was the only one who fix the problem and apologized While they decided to trash talk in drive-through I do not appreciate this I spend way too much money at this company to be disrespected that way I will not be coming back I will take my business elsewhere.
