Made drive thru order of a Dave's double large combo. Fries were luke warm and limp so asked for fresh hot crisp fries. They were hot, more of small fry amount, tasted like fish and were like leather to the bite so to the trash they went. The Dave's double wasn't hot or fresh either. There was no cheese nor onion or pickle on it. The edges of the burger patties were very dark, hard and dry. There was a weird after taste like a peppery metallic which is hard to describe. The diet coke tasted bad. To much carbonated water and not enough cola flavoring. No receipt was given but for close to $14.00 for 1 fast food meal that ends up in the trash and down the drain it is extremely over priced. Apparently a better manager is needed that cares about providing quality products. It was the manager that had the nerve to take the whimpy fries and few seconds later hand me the leather fries. I won't be going to this Wendy's again for quite a while. Maybe try in 6 or more months again because last couple of times it hasn't been a good experience with the...

I came out of the restroom to the front counter to order, just as a unhappy customer was leaving. The manager, Jacob Parsley, proceeded to tell his employees of how this guy was wrong. He said the f word about 4 times while explaining the faults of the other person. Can you find the hypocrisy in this? He was lambasting this guy for not caring about his job, but yet the manager wasn't wearing his uniform; just a green, Nike button up. They were also out of several things and their freezer was down so anything fried was burnt. They we're out of small cups so they poured me a Sprite in a medium cup about 3/4 of the way full, as if it were my fault. I spent 19yrs in food service and have never allowed customers to see me act or speak in this manner. If the food isn't good you don't serve it. I stopped the manager to let him know of my experience and to offer some advice. He got smart with me and told me to call corporate.This was not a good experience, my next comments will be...
Read moreSo very sad how terrible Wendy’s has become. The food is still pretty good but the service went down the drain several years ago. As I write this review I’m sitting in the drive through line. Been sitting here for 13 minutes, only 2 cars ahead of me. And I can almost bet it’s the same excuse as the last 5 times I’ve visited. Payment machines are down, the fryer is broke, no nuggets for the next 20 minutes, etc. I don’t stand alone in my frustration. Someone just pulled out of the line blaring his horn (as if that’s going to make them go faster lol). Luckily no one in my family likes Wendy’s so it’s rare that I get to make the stupid decision to try Wendy’s when I’m alone. I guess I’ll need to join my troop on the Wendy’s hate train.
