Arby's — Restaurant in Jackson

I was in the drive thru for a literal half hour yesterday with only two cars in front of me. When I got to the window, my order was incomplete. The employees I could see (4 of them) were standing around, some on their phones, all moving extremely slow with apathetic faces. The manager and employees looked at me like I was the problem because I had to knock on the window to get my order completed, twice because the woman turned to look at me and then continued to walk away. Meanwhile I had a screaming one year old in the backseat because we had been there so long, and the woman at the window showed no understanding or hustle. Extremely disappointed.

If I owned this particular Arby's, I might consider hiring people that can at least give the impression of wanting...

On Sunday, Aug. 18, I went to grab lunch before work. The drive thru speaker was broken, so I had to go inside. No big deal. I get in line behind an elderly gentleman who was poring over coupons on the counter. The store manager pointed out the coupons were for Hardee's, not Arby's. "What's the difference?" The gentleman asked. The manager patiently explained Arby's doesn't have burgers, but has roast beef sandwiches among other things. The gentleman would like something with bacon. After talking over the menu, still being nice with the man, the manager agrees to make a sandwich with beef and add bacon. The whole interaction was short and pleasant and I just had to brag on the team working at that Arby's. Great service...

When I previously visited about 2 week's ago food was great, service was great. My trip today however, was another story. First of all my sandwich which was a cornbeef and swiss was made incorrectly, took it back only to get one small piece of meat cut in half, nothing like the picture they show and I paid over $6.00 for one piece of meat! Second the young lady who was making the sandwiches was slinging them onto the holding tray to the point that every sandwich came she made came unwrapped! I brought this to the manager's attention and took a picture of the sandwich so I could send it to corporate. Very disappointed this trip after spending close to $20.00. Needless to say I won't be visiting this...
