Arby's — Restaurant in Jackson

Yes it was late night after 9:00 no curly fries no turnovers I got the food home after waiting at the window for approximately 10 minutes sandwich the bread falls apart and almost feels a little soggy French fries are cold and the containers not even filled with french fries. Definitely will think twice before spending over $20 for two meals yuck yuck

So I went back on the 27th after speaking to the manager that night told me to come back that I'm trying again so I did the assistant manager at the drive-thru absolutely was disrespectful unprofessional just straight up rude. She refused to honor what her boss had said he would honor for me. I got her boss on the phone or a boss on the phone and she just said she wasn't going to pay attention to him or listen to him was very disrespectful to him as well said for me to come in the next morning and speak to the actual manager. 5/10/23 8:20 p.m. I guess every 2 years I will have a bad experience. I went in with my coupon for free cheddar cup and free small fries and was going to order a double rb sandwich. Nobody was up front, so I waited a few minutes before a young, African American female, looked right at me. She turned to work on some paperwork. I expected her to let someone know I was up front to order. After several minutes of watching her work on paperwork right in front of me, I walked out. It has been a long time since someone treated me so rudely. You have good food, so it won't keep me away forever, but that's really what I wanted to eat tonight, but screw that with tonight's service. No interest in free food or calling to discuss it.

2 years ago: Waited a good while at drive thru at 1030pm only to be told "we are out of roast beef." i laughed and drove away. So much for your commercial, "We have the meats!" They are often out of cookies, but roast beef...really. That would be like Dairy Queen out...

I come through the DT here quite often and the majority of the time the orders are fast and correct. Today's dine in was above average though. Brisket Sandwich was prepared excellently and both the curly fries and the Jalapeno Bites were fresh and hot. One of the crew members even came out to replace the initial 5 that were placed on my tray for some that were right out of the fryer. Lobby was clean, neat and the crew was polite, especially the one taking orders. One more thing that caught my eye and ear was the coordination and guidance of the manager on duty. Just in that brief time she radiated good management. Held herself well and stayed busy while sternly and accurately giving directs to both DTOT and Line members, and even still was able to thank the customer. Also, today was my first time with the Bronco Buffalo Sauce. I don't know what it was meant to be eaten with but it went well with everything...
