This is just your typical Arby's. If I am giving it 2 stars means it was not a normal experience. This isn't a 5 Star establishment but doesn't make this a bad place. But with saying that I also received a terrible order today. 1. the food wasn't hot and that could be a direct cause from my 2nd reason I gotta complain. While I was looking through the food to see if everything was in there the boneless wings sauce was so OVER FILLED with sauce it leaked all over on my passenger seat. Video included showing how much sauce was still in the box even after a bunch was on my seat. Not kidding it was a lot. I spent so much time cleaning up my seat, all the other food got cold. By the time I got it all cleaned I didn't wanna go in and complain or make a scene so I just began eating my food but then I opened up my beef and cheddar and it had a slice of beef on top of the bun which I thought was strange but under the beef it revealed a ripped apart bun on top. Which tells me they knew and they could have corrected the mistake. I know not all customers are pleasant or patient but I would have been fine waiting a couple extra mins to have my food made...
Read moreWe placed our orders online and picked them up within approximately ten minutes after placing them. That went smooth, as usual. The drive thru moved fast, and the window worker was pleasant. Plenty of parking available and the areas outside the restaurant looked to be picked up and clean. Always a plus! Unfortunately, it wasn't the last minute, decent fast food meal as we'd expected. The curly fries were mostly crispy hard and definitely on the colder side. The real issue was that two of the sandwiches we ordered were incorrect. They were each missing the usual sauce that comes on them and also both missing the extra add-on items we had specified for in the online orders. And, of course, they still charged for these missing item's. 🙄 Had we not been exhausted and already a couple miles away before noticing these issues, we would have gone back to have the order fixed. This is not the usual location we frequent. So, I'm not sure how this specific location handles those issues.

Read moreWent to Arby's on Christmas Eve Day, and there were no cars in line which always makes me nervous because sometimes when fast food restaurants are slow, their food sits around for too long.
Ordered a meal, and it was almost $14
Took one bite of the fries, and had to spit them back out because they'd obviously been sitting around for a good 20-30 minutes, so they were chewy and inedible.
The cheese cup that I ordered was barely half full, but since I couldn't eat the fries they both went straight into the trash anyway.
The sandwich was really dry and really thin, so it didn't do much to fill me up either but at least they got my drink right 🙄.
So after paying almost $14 for a meal that was maybe worth $5, I'm probably gonna have to take a break from Arby's for a little bit.
This was really disappointing, because I go there quite a bit, and they're usually not that bad but today was about as bad as it gets...
